They don't offer pier-hotel or airport-hotel transfers, which many hotels in the area do.

The food was not any good and they had few options (no Thai food). I manage to lock myself out on the balcony - the door closed and I couldn’t open it again from outside so just be careful with this.

I really liked this place. Beautiful big room. Nice to be close to everything but still a bit more peaceful than the Chaweng beach area. You should have a scooter to get around. The people working there were always so nice and helpful and the cleaning was great. If you drive your scooter down to the main road and take right - in like 5-6 minutes in this main road they had a really good food night market with so many options and cheap (more like lokal market and better than the rest of the markets).

The layout of the villa was really nice, with the 2 separate bedrooms and separate dining area. The little pool was perfect too.

There is no food or drinks available from 12 in the afternoon and nothing much in the proximity. The hotel is not well maintained. There are stains, leakages and plugs that don't work. The kitchen is literally empty, it only has a fridge

It was a little bit out of the way. 10 minute walk to Central Chaweng and 20 minute walk to the beach… but not a problem really.

Only that the bathroom drains sometimes smelled (although we’ve found this to be quite common in Thailand.) Also we had a lovely bath in our room, but they didn’t have a bath plug so we couldn’t actually have bath which was a shame.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was so spacious with a really comfortable bed. The pool was amazing, with lovely sun beds and a great bar. The location was also perfect, a short walk to the main strip but far enough away that you can’t hear any of the noise. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Oh the breakfast... very small portions and not great at all.

The room was both amazing, and bizarrely designed! The view, and the bedroom side of the room was top quality... the bathroom and kitchen side was very poorly deigned, barely being able to sit on the toilet with the wall in the way, and uneccessary shower space which could have been better utilised. Other than that, everything else was great.

Pool was small and the area around the pool very average needs to be landscaped, the leaves were bad falling in the pool and all over the paved area all the time. We had a 2 bedroom villa but there was only 1 bathroom, the toilet was separate to the bathroom.

Bed was very comfy, room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast was ok.

The property can do with a big clean. The stairwell is filthy and needs a scrub. Our room had light piercing through at the crack of dawn, as two small windows near the entrance didn’t have blinds or curtains + light comes through at night because of the lights in the corridor. The bathroom is very strange. No shower, and a massive bath that you stand in while showering. Strange design because the water does splash out of the bath and make the floor quite wet. We also struggled with the lighting in our room.

A very short walk +-10min to Chaweng centre, close to the shopping mall and night markets, with a wide variety of eating and drinking options - from western to Thai. The property itself has a very nice pool and a basic gym set up. Very comfortable beds.

The private pool was too hot. No shade covering the pool and was only ok to use very early morning. No kettle, sugar or tea facilities. Only a coffee machine.

Noisy aircon and crickets. Shower flooded bathroom quite a bit. restaurant is closed from 11 am on Sunday and it takes some time to get to the nearest supermarket.

The room was not maintained very well. The sink and bath seemed unclean (black spots). There was a bad odour in the bathroom and I couldn't find the light switch for the living room, I looked for 10 minutes, and then I just took the key out from the socket so all the electricity went out and I can sleep properly. In the bath there was only a rain shower with no handle. There were stairs to my room, and taking my heavy suitcase upstairs was a challenge after 24 hours of being on the road.

The resort and the room were beautiful. The staff was helpful. The location is great – 2 minutes walk from the shopping mall. Overall, the experience was good. There was a candlelight in the bathroom and the air condition was on when I got in. The room is very spacious and well-designed (other than the things I will mention in the didn't like part)
