I don't honestly as Arabic family satisfy with the food ( fastbreak ) . Most of the food is not our traditional. I hope you give more kind of Arabic food

Restaurant live music can be loud at night

Location 10 min walk to Bangla road, awesome swim up bar in shade and good menu. Room was clean and they kindly set up a swan and hearts on our bed for our honey moon.

Beds are very firm

Central to Patong making it very easy to get around on foot. Rooms was large, clean and bright and the pool was perfect

What is there here not to like, a solid 9 /10 hotel with great staff and a friendly vibe. Only stayed here for 5 nights as it's always good to move around but we will return!!

One downside of my stay at Baan laimai was the presence of a notable number of flies. While the hotel offered many positives, including great food and a friendly staff, the issue with flies was noticeable and detracted from the overall experience. It's something to be aware of for future guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Baan Laimai and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. First and foremost, the food was exceptional. Every meal was a delightful culinary journey, offering a perfect blend of flavors and freshness. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the chefs at Baan Laimai truly know how to tantalize the taste buds. The central location of Baan Laimai made exploring the area effortless. Surrounded by attractions and amenities, I could easily walk to everything without needing transportation. It added a sense of convenience and spontaneity to my stay, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the vibrant energy of the city. If you want a hotel that puts you in the heart of the action, Baan Laimai is the perfect choice. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine smiles and willingness to assist truly made a difference. One unique feature of Baan Laimai that I particularly appreciated was their washing cloth area. It may seem like a small detail, but having a designated space to freshen up my clothes was incredibly convenient and thoughtful. Overall, my experience at Baan Laimai was nothing short of remarkable. Delicious food, breathtaking surroundings, friendly staff, and thoughtful amenities make it a standout choice for anyone looking for a memorable stay. I can't wait to return!

The AstroTurf everywhere rather than tiles or grass

The location was great. The hotel overall was clean and tidy though there was building work going on. The finishing of some parts of the building needs attention. The staff are great. The rooms are big and clean.

The property is located right on the Patong beach and it’s close to all the shops and restaurants on the main strip. Rooms are ok, breakfast is fine, however it’s outdoors and it can get really hot during the breakfast. It’s a big hotel and very busy so it’s just not our preferred type of stay. Amenities are also a bit dated but it’s pretty clean. If you’ve come to Phuket to party - this area is great for you - however we enjoy our peace and quiet so we moved to Surin beach.

Excellent rooms and proximity to the beach and cbd

Swimming Pool water was not clean at all. If you are having any guest after, check in (single person) than any other guest shall be paid with extra amount. Even the room is booked for two guests. In house Restaurant food and beverage is expensive. Has to stay up to 2.00pm exactly for check in even you came little early to the hotel and also check out shall be strictly 12.00 noon and there no grace time. Waiting room area not sufficient to accommodate all guests.

They have a ridiculous policy in which you have to book a taxi to the airport the day before and not when you check out + were not helpful at all when asking how to get a taxi...never heard such a stupid policy in my life and cost me over an hour in wait time - reception team are not great and saw many issues with people getting frustrated with them.

The location was excellent, loved the gym the huge pool and the generous variety at Breakfast. Pond the gym instructor was really nice and took time out to train me personally
