I stayed in the ground floor and the room above me made noises at night (it’s wooden floor). Ground floor rooms are not ideal.

Great room in a great location. The room was clean and super comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to check in late but was well welcomed with a ready room with air-coned. I also loved the snacks and soft drink provided in the room. I will defo revisit this place in the future.

Nothing. It does cater to Thai tourists, so western tourists are dependent on translation apps and miming to communicate, but it works.

The window mattress and one of the pillow casings were dirty. Those are the only things that ruined the experience for me, but Im sure they will fix it for their next guests.

The staff was nice and helpful with printing me tickets for my other journeys. Hotel is very artsy. They let us check in early. You can see big lizzards swimming in the river. Staff also kept our bags safe when we checked out. They also prepared takeaway breakfast for us. The shared space is very good. The hotel is an experience I could recommend.

The toilet bowl is on the step which is not really comfortable. The parking area is a bit tight.

The bedroom has the balcony facing the small canal which is really lovely and peaceful.

Breakfast for pre-packed, low quality western style. Fresh locak food would be much better. It was not possible to arrange the taxi in advance.

Nothing I didn't like, really!

I loved the wonderful riverside property, especially the sitting area overlooking the river. You can see all kinds of birds and animals especially in the morning and evening hours. The rooms are large, the place is full of whimsical artwork. I particularly liked the architectural design of the building. You can find some amazing food at the nearby night market. The place is located just opposite the main archeological park. The people who run it are very kind and helpful.

Traffic at the intersection just in front the guesthouse reverberates through the wood structure from 5:30am. Mice feces in the shower.

The bathroom. Specially because there is no shower curtain or division with the rest of the bathroom facilities. The ramaining shower water gets stuck on the doorway...kind of nasty and could make someone slip.

no bicycle rental - very difficult right now to find bicycle to rent in the city. Will be easier for us to have rental adress or the bicycle directly at the guesthouse.

the kindness of the owners even if they just reopened after few months of COVID-19 closure in the country. So everything is not ready yet, they still renovating some rooms - but very good location, sweet guesthouse in the making.

The air-conditioner is quite old and takes a few minutes to cool the room.

The homestay locates within walking distance of almost every tourist attraction in Ayutthaya. The homestay, managed by a friendly couple, is very clean and well-maintained. We had a pleasant stay in Ayutthaya.
