Everything…such a warm house and makes my family feel like home..aircond is everywhere…property also extra stand fan for every room and living room…kitchen facilities all provided…toilet and house very clean..swimming pool with warm water and provide life buoy for kids..staff is very friendly and politely…all family members is happy to stay and would like to come back again in next trip

The poool and the rooms are amazing houses is a lovely size n beautiful. The staff were amazing villa cleaned daily and the 2 free tuk tuk rides helped a lot and added that extra touch to a wonderful service.

It is a little remote but the 2 free tuk tuk rides more than made up for that!

The villa was perfectly equipped and so clean. Huge spacious rooms. Little touches included all things we would need on the trip, even shopping bags so we could get in supply’s from the supermarket! The air con in the villa was 10/10, everything worked well. The pool was so clean and perfect size and deep! The house team were incredible and left the villa refreshed everyday including 2 big bottles of drinking water. On arrival we were added to a WhatsApp group so we had 24/7 communication with the assistants, this also was how we organised the tuk tuks and that service was incredible, immediate response when we requested one, 5 star service. All together a magical trip that we will remember forever and we hope to return one day. We had villa 3 and it was nothing short of amazing!

We liked everything about this rental! The host was so wonderful and helpful and responsive. The location was perfect - just outside the busy crowded area of town but a quick ride to the beach area, which they provide for you! The villa was clean ans comfortable with a pool our kids really enjoyed. We could even walk to a great breakfast spot. Would definitely recommend!

The villa was spacious and luxurious with really nice and cozy interior, situated in a peaceful area. It was spotless clean and we had daily housekeeping. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. They gave great restaurant recommendations and arranged tours and transportation. Excellent value for money. We are definitely coming back.

The ambience and the setting of the villa were MAGIC. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly, reliable and available. Tuk tuk service was efficient and useful for a fair price. The staff was absolutely resourceful. Nay looked very deeply into any need of ours as if we were her relatives. Matthew cared a lot about us throughout our stay. We definitely felt like our comfort was their greatest desire.

The location was not perfect, but totally okay!

The hosting team was extremely accommodating! They took care of all the arrangements for us, airport pickup, kayaking, and island trips. Our entire stay was enjoyable, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Owing to the aspect of the villa, the pool received hardly any sun during the day. But with temperatures around 30 degrees, made little difference to the enjoyment of lounging around the pool.

Many bugs so you will get mosquitoes bite, The drawers were sticky in the kitchen so we decided to rewash everything we were going to use Free tuk tuk is only to 3/4 nearby areas in Krabi, and for dinner plans, you are likely going to pay the tuk tuk.

Big villa, comfortable beds, the staff is very polite and responsive, providing a very good level of service. You will get 2 big bottles of water per day, shower gel/shampoo and dishwashing liquid are refilled everyday. You get towels and beach towels as well. If you want to use the washing machine, you will need to buy the powder at any groceries store. The free tuk tuk was nice. They can help to book massages and excursions.

Water in Pool wasn't clear when we arrived, they had to come and clean it and add some chemicals!

Nothing at all. It was all perfect.

We had an amazing stay at Baan Santhiya. The villa was massive. The kids loved the private pool. The villa was incredibly clean and had everything you needed for a great stay. The free tuk tuks were very handy to take us to the beach every day and we never had to wait long at all. Even better than the villa was how helpful Nay and the staff were. They all went above and beyond to make our stay incredible and we are so grateful for their kindness. We will definitely be back.

Location a bit far

Excellent service from the staff. Big space for all of us and most importantly its really clean, air conditioners are good, bath tub is clean and other facilities provided are clean too which makes all of us enjoy and comfortable during our stay.9

The hospitality from Pete was great. He was very responsive to all of our requests and provided us with valuable informations that we needed. The villa was superb. Although the villa is located slightly far from Ao Nang beach, the Tuk-tuk service provided by them was really helpful to go around. The pool was an additional bonus. Would also love to highlight the welcome drinks provided upon arrival, the Roselle drink which was very refreshing. Overall, we had a good stay in Krabi and thanks to this villa for making our holiday a perfect one.

The location isn’t perfect but they provide a tuk tuk service in to the main areas which is only chargeable after certain hours. The location isn’t a deal breaker though.

We were in Villa 4 and it was perfect. we were three generations of family staying here and the rooms and Villa were incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. Loads of facilities and a perfect sized outdoor area and pool. The staff are all amazingly friendly and we’re fantastic even when we had some neighbours who refused to acknowledge the villa ts and cs and were incredibly noisy through the night disturbing all of the other residents. They did what they could to manage this for us. They also helped us book trips and ask any annoying questions we had! Thank you so much to all of you!

the location is quite far from Central area and animations (10min by car) the noise of the swimming pool machine at night, the fact the swimming pool was built on the wrong side of the villa: mostly in the shade hence water was cold and not great for tanning You have to order your free tuk tuk quite in advance and text system is not ideal
