Not much within walking distance. 15 min walk to convience stores. We used the grab app to get us to resturants, cafes and bars.

The hotel is somewhat isolated from Chiang Rai's town centre - about 15 minutes walk.

Lovely chalet style rooms each with a lounge as well as sizable bedroom and bathroom arranged around a swimming pool. All very clean and well organised. Friendly staff.

The rock hard beds, but this seems to be the way in thailand.

Loved the friendly uninstrusive staff. The deluxe rooms are terrific with a separate sitting area and bedroom. Balcony is lovely. Very homey place. Breakfast is also good. Only complaint would be the rock hard beds, but staff provided a softer mattress topper when requested.

It was a little far from the town centre but it was easy to get a taxi and quick and cheap to get there.

Friendly quiet resort. Our room was really spacious and comfortable. It was a pleasant place to hang out after a days sightseeing and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Shower heads needed cleaning. Dinner was not very good and with mosquitoes swarming it was not pleasant. Room had very hard beds and mosquito menace was a big problem. They should have repellants placed for easy access.

Breakfast was well spread and tasty. Pool was clean but did not have the time. The room and external ambience was great. Quite and pleasant surrounding. The rooms were well stocked and with clean and fresh linen. Excellent staff.

The breakfast choice was a bit limited

A great peaceful location, but just a 5 minute tuk tuk ride into the city centre which cost 100 Baht. The staff would call one for us and we never waited more than 5 or 10 minutes. The swimming pool was quiet cold, but good for a proper swim.

If you walk to the center, you have to cross 6-lanes main street without traffic lights, which could be a challenge.

Slightly out of center (15min walk), but therefore quiet location. Friendly staff, nice mini pool for cooling down after the sightseeing, mini kitchen in really biiig bungalow. 3min walk away there is a very nice local restaurant Northern Thai Food with extremely friendly owners and authentic food. 7-11 10min walk away, on the petrol station.

Pretty residential area. Need to take a cab or have a car to get to any real activity.

It felt like you were in a rural area, when you are actually pretty central. Room was good size, some of the toilet fittings are a bit tired.

It’s located about 8 minutes or 80 baht by tuk tuk 🛺 to town but there’s a lovely man next door who is there straight away if you need him.

It had what’s needed for a couple of days stay. The lady at reception who had good English was incredible and sorted every request. Pool looked great although I was not well and didn’t swim. It’s a little bit older but well maintained.

The location is quite remote, making it ideal for those traveling by car. However, the breakfast options are rather limited and not of the highest quality. Additionally, we were surprised to find ourselves negotiating taxi prices with the receptionist, which we didn't consider standard practice for a hotel.

Hot water ran cold until we contacted staff who quickly rectified the situation. Few eating houses within easy walking distance from accomodation.

Lush pool surrounds and breakfast eating area. Private upstairs accomodation. Very helpful staff who would spend time helping us with contacting other businesses. Nice quiet location.

Lots of hungry mosquitoes! The location is not ideal because it takes 20 min of unpleasant walk to the city center on a side road with rats and cockroaches but you can order a cheap ride 60 to 180 bath depending on the time) on the grab app. The room is nice but a but dark.

The pool, the gym which has a tredmill in an aircondionned Room . Better to jog there than in the heat outside. The breakfast is great with diverse food. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Double bed in our apartment wasn’t so comfortable.

Nice and comfortable apartments with everything you need. Located in quiet part, but you can easily reach all using Grab or tuk-tuk. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
