There was nothing about the hotel I didn't like, however, being a female travelling alone the area at night was a lot of bars and massage parlours. I never felt unsafe but it was a little intimidating. If you were a couple or a male alone it's a great location.

The hotel was really nice. The room was a good size with a balcony and the bed was very comfortable. I had a fridge and kettle in there and the room was cleaned with new towels and water every day. The staff were very nice as well.

it was difficult to find it… two taxi drivers let us down on wrong street nearby. So local people get us to the guest house. If you want swim on the beach, You will have to walk 10 -15 minutes away.

The guest house is located in the HUA HIN old part, where you can find nice restaurants built on stilts, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful chines temple, behind the HILTON The guest house is ruled by a Thai family very friendly, smiling and welcoming. Room is big enough for a couple, with a very comfy mattress, hot water, fridge and cable TV Around the guest house you have plenty of places for massage and food What can I say about this place: it's really worth it (for the location, the excellent rate and the lovely owners) and I highly recommend it

The owner gave me a less valuable room than I had booked but charged me the full money for the booked room. She became very unfriendly and stroppy immediately as I friendly asked her if she could charge me just for that class of room which I got. But she refused it completely! At the last day after my stay of three days as I asked for a possibility to take a shower in the evening (I checked out midday but I had to wait 10 hours for my bustransfer) the owners just said NO we don't have shower!! This is bad service!!

The owner and her family were excellent hosts. Allowing a check in a bit later than the usual and making me feel very welcome. The room and communal areas were spotlessly clean. It was a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. Easy to get to from the train station. I would definitely stay here again!

The room type displayed on Booking.com is much different from the actual room type. It is very small, and the mattress can touch the springs. The double bed is very small. When one person moves, the mattress shakes very badly
