We stayed here for 4 nights. View from our bungalow was beautiful. So gorgeous and peaceful here. Really was on of the parts of our stay in krabi. Staff was lovely, lady who runs it was really lovely and do anything she could to help. They also take you down on tuk tuk when want to go to market or beach.

A lovely secluded spot and oasis away from Ao Nang. The staff are friendly and help with tours. The breakfast and food in the restaurant are exceptional.

Everything was absolutely fantastic, the lady at reception was extremely kind, she was so helpful, the driver of the shuttle was also very lovely. I loved the room, the views, the experience and the peace and quiet.

Pillow is not very comfortable. The room gets super hot when the air con is off while you're out during the day.

One-way free ride to the Ao Nang beach is available which is great. Quiet and relaxing neighbour. The reception lady is super friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site has lots of great and affordable dishes. Everyone works there are very happy and polite. Hotel room with lake view and mountain view is nice. Pool is quite and clean.

Oh it was amazing! Perfect view, the owners are super super kind. There is also a restaurant with amazing food. We ate pancakes for breakfast and they were delicious :) Swimming pool with best view ever. The hotel provide transfer to the center, where you can find lots of shops, night market, cafes

Everything was wonderful.

A pretty resort in serene surroundings. This was my second visit. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They help with booking tours, arranging laundry, renting a bike, etc. The restaurant was also wonderful, providing me vegetarian food. It is an ideal location to spend a relaxing day, or explore Krabi from. This resort is a little away from the downtown area, but the resort provides drop service 4/5 times a day to Ao Nang town.

Nothing! We had a question but that was swiftly dealt within two minutes of us asking and to a higher level then our expectations

The staff were amazing - the whole experience staying here was top notch!! The restaurant on site was exactly what you expect from Thailand, it felt like you were eating with family and it was delicious food. They also offer a great FREE service to the town (you arrange your own fair back). This saved use around 200baht a day

This was one of the best resort we stayed at during our trip. The resort is found in a breathtaking location, but some miles away from the main road. The owner will arrange for someone to drop you off along the beach from 9am to 9pm, and you can easily get a grab for 100 bhat to come back to the hotel. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed. Although you will have to expect an old style with it to match that of a chalet. The bathroom as well is a wet room. But overall it was okay. In addition, absolutely all the staff were amazing. The reception lady is fluent in english, so she will be able to help you out with any information. In terms of noises, in exception to the nature you won't get disturb at night.

We expected some bugs but it wasn't the best when several cockroaches turned up in our clothes!! We notified the staff and they took this seriously and said they would ensure they dealt with this asap.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. We really appreciated the free Tuk Tuk rides into the centre and to the beach. It was such a unique stay and so peaceful. You could also hear the sounds of exotic animals which was cool.

The setting at Baannai Lake View Resort is very serene, unlike most accommodation in the Ao Nang. The cabins are clean and cute with a lovely view, the grounds are beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant had fantastic food. Free shuttle into town makes up for the distance from the centre. For me not being in the centre of town was a bonus, but I realize some people would not like that.

I did see a few cockroaches, which is unfortunately probably a given in a bungalow, and I could hear rats scurrying outside and I think in the roof at night.

Baan Nai Lake view has definitely the most scenic and peaceful views. It has its own restaurant where you can eat breakfast lunch and dinner. We only ate breakfast there cause we always went exploring. - Room: the room was very beautiful but we often had visitors such as gekko’s, ants and flies even though we never opened the windows. The room has a tv, airconditioning, closet and good quality hairdryer. The biggest plus was the giant bed. - Bathroom: the bathroom was a bit unhandy as everything got wet cause toilet and shower were one. But it was okay. - Breakfast: you can choose from different menus or if you are a big eater you can choose more menus. We often chose 2 then you paid 230 baht. You can choose eggs, cornflakes, pancakes, toast,.. the staff from the restaurant was very friendly and can speak good English. - Wifi: the wifi was good. Not superfast but I could work there and upload pictures. - Location: Baan Nai Lake view is located +\- 4 km from Ao Nang beach. They offer free transportation to the beach. It was the most beautiful location on the lake. The resort has also a nice swimming pool. - Staff: the owner is excellent such a friendly person, she helped with booking tours and motorcycle rental. She can speak good English. - Laundry: laundry services are also available! We would definitely recommend staying here! What a magical place!

There was nothing we didn't like

Our stay was amazing - the hotel is very comfortable, facilities are spotless clean, the staff is super-friendly! they did everything to answer our questions and accommodate needs :) the lady was super helpful and nice; food is tasty and reasonably priced, motorbike rental is very easy and convenient. A great place to have a real rest outside of crowded Ao Nang Beach. Free transportation to the centre was definitely a benefit!
