The hotel is small and charming in the center of the business of Patong. Great staff, the rooms are large, the lobby is pleasant and welcoming with charming seating areas. And the price is worth it for everyone. I had a great time, thanks to the hosts

WiFi is really bad. There is no terrace or a common zone, just an empty restaurant near the lobby where you can’t drink your own beverages. Bathroom was a bit smelly.

The internet strength needs to be relooked.

The location is definitely the main selling point. Bedside that the guest services are exceptional. We stayed here for 2 nights and didnt find any reasons to not like the stay. The co-owner Sham is very humble and he is good at what he is doing

Rooms are a bit dated and could do with some improved cleaning (bathroom was a bit mouldy and I dropped something and noticed there had been no cleaning under the bed. Television was very small also.

We stayed here 9 nights and every night were asking for glass of white wine or sparkling wine which was in menu, but every day they said it is not available. That seemed strange. If there is no things for so long time, take it off the menu.

For value of the money, it was really great hotel! Clean, nice, big rooms. Offered excursions, laundry services etc. Has small pool inside. Really big plus is a location, was close to everything. Also nice staff!

The humidity, which nobody can do anything about, so can't really complain about that.

The location, as it was close to Bangla Road, where the night life is,and also near Mini marts pharmacist's for shops 😀.

When we got to the accommodation, we were directed to the room, but the room was not ready, so we had to wait while they prepared it. The bathroom is old, and the floor level of the shower cabin is the same as the floor level of the whole bathroom, so when you shower, you flood the whole bathroom. The sink is very very small. Since we are smokers and we did not get a room with a balcony, we had to go down to the hotel lobby or outside to smoke.

The location is great, very close to Bangla Road. The street is closed to cars, and vehicles can enter with permission.

The location was excellent and staff friendly. The gated street provides a buffer from traffic and creates a walking street atmosphere. With the beach, restaurants, shops and bars all within easy walking distance this hotel was perfect. The rooms were clean and functional providing a haven after enjoying all the activities.

There is nothing I can think of, since it is a budget hotel.

It is close to everything, from shops, malls, restaurants, bars and the beach. The owners, receptions and cleaning staff are exceptional. I think for a budget hotel with all the staff that are nice and friendly for me is a big plus. Whenever I come to Patong, I would always stay here.

Would have liked outdoor pool and bigger tv with some Uk stations.

Great location close to a lovely beach and nightlife. Staff were fantastic, spoke English and very helpful. Free water when rooms cleaned, daily if needed. A great price too.
