There was a problem with the AC, didn't cool well enough and it was a heat wave season in Thailand. I suggest that facility solve this problem and be able to get 9-10 stars review...

We had a breakfast included in our stay which we didn't receive the first morning although we asked for it. The second morning there were some coffee and Asian style pastries on the table - not a breakfast but at least a nice touch.

Very clean and comfortable. Small rooms but big bed and nice bathroom. Aircon was very powerful. Location is good but 10 minutes from the main town - need a car or scooter to get around. Nice and quiet location!

Room is small, furniture & fridge are too big making the room even smaller. Since it’s not expensive to stay here, we don’t need anything fancy but the cleanliness is important & they’ve failed. Their bed sheets, blanket and towels have many nasty stains. There’re snail’s drops on the bathroom wall. When they say “breakfast included” it’s just coffee.

Not too far from the main road, close to 7-Eleven and has parking space. Cheap.

I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand over the past 15 years. This hotel is my worst experience of them all. DISADVANTAGES: Room is very small; advertised as "American breakfast included". However, it's only coffee and small sponge cakes. The coffee is in the lobby, not in the room; advertised as "free wifi" but it's not working or very poor signal; advertised as "TV satellite channels" but it's ALL in Thai. There is not even one English channel; desk is only 35cm wide; no attendance at front desk whatsoever 24/7; manager does not speak ANY English...as in zero/nothing; you have to phone him for any question but it is of no use as he understands nothing you say. I phoned him to ask for doctor because I was feeling ill. After long time of communication struggle he finally gave me a doctor name and address from Google all in Thai. No taxi or tuk tuk or any transport is available and it's too far to walk. Asked cashiers at 7/11 to help translate but no use. Finally, I contacted my school agency for help. They arrange for ambulance to fetch me from hotel, take to hospital and drop me off again at hotel. I phoned the manager about 20 times to ask him to come to lobby because I need this or that or to find out about this or that...he just says "whe...whe...whe...whe...whe" all the time. I thought he means that he's coming. Waiting, waiting, waiting...no one comes. You are left totally to your own devices. So, if you are a non-thai just looking for a place to sleep for max one night...have your own internet to keep you busy...don't want to travel anywhere...happy to eat from 7/11...don't mind to talk to nobody (if you are traveling solo)...have a limited budget...then I guess you can try this hotel.

ADVANTAGES: Bed; refrigerator; air-con; hand shower; toilet; toilet paper; basin; free coffee; dustbin; 7/11 about 200m away; free small sponge cakes; quiet surroundings.

There is a lot of local food shop around there. Very easy to walk around. The place is near to road, easy to access. The owner is very friendly and caring.

Excellent hotel with very friendly owner. Very good room with all you need, fridge, aircon, hot water, tiled floor, TV. Very good at a friendly price. Coffee/tea and pastry in the morning. Good parking. We much appreciated our stay!

Breakfast was just coffee and a piece of junk food, but I didn't expect much for that price.

The breakfast weas some packed plastic I guess. Not sure as nobody told me anything, and there was nobody in the morning (like all the time). When I arrived an old lady just gave me a key without saying anything. So if that was breakfast, don’t expect much. But I didn’t really care.

I had a great sleep. Everything was quiet and had no neighbours (not sure if there were any other people in the whole hotel). I think it was a great place to stay for one night.

Staff were not at all welcoming. If you you want a smile, don't come here. Paid for breakfast, woke up in the morning to instant coffee and a package cake.

Modern building, kept clean. One street back from highway.

No one was ever at the front desk. Spotty service of the rooms. Cold shower. Lights not working. No one answers any calls when you call to get these issues resolved.
