Sink leaking, water on the floor of the bathroom making it stink a bit, also noise from the water. No wifi. Owner says it's broken, he will fix tomorrow - but ofc he doesn't. No TV, but it's listed in the room facilities. The owner says he called booking to remove it from the description, but they didn't. I doubt he's telling the truth.

3000 baht deposit for 3 rooms. I should have gotten it back on the day of departure, which was not true. The landlord said he would transfer it to me through Thaibank. After 1 week I got 2000 baht back via bank transfer with emphasis and the threat that I would call the police.

This isn't an attack on the property, just being honest. For the price I paid I can't complain. But a few major issues which need to be said... Unfortunately the room was not as described. No balcony or WiFi. There was a smell coming from the bathroom which was not pleasant at all.

Family are lovely. Location was excellent for the temples and sightseeing.

- No wifi... We are NOMAD workers. We booked the hotel 6 nights, so we definitely needed to do some work in the room. The owner told us he would fix it tomorrow, but it wasn't fixed even 6 days later... He reluctantly lent a sim card for us, when we told him that we had to cancel our booking if there was no wifi, but the sim card’s network connection was not so good, and It was bit annoying to have to connect to the HOTSPOT every time we needed to do some work. The wifi seemed to be broken for a long time, so we think the hotel’s information is misleading. Guests should be informed in advance that there is no wifi service to avoid any misunderstandings. - Our room was quite smelling. - Poor sound insulation. The walls were thin, so the noise outside the door was very loud and we couldn't sleep well.

Good location. Close to temples, good restaurants and a laundry shop. Owner family is lovely and helpful.

- Poor sound insulation. You can hear from the other apartments so much, that you can understand every word your neighbours say and even perceive that they snore. The street has not much traffic, but the one there is you can hear very clearly, as the thin window is doing little to reduce it. - Bed could be softer. - It would be nice to have some wardrobe to put your things and a fridge to cool your drinks. - No toiletries provided. Would be nice to have at least basic liquid soap. - Only like 1/3 of one toilet paper roll was provided. When I asked for more, the owners ware reluctant to give it. Only after I argued that 1/3 of a toilet paper roll is hardly enough for several days stay they agreed. I think even for cheaper types of accommodations you can’t ration toilet paper! - Paint is falling off the walls at some places. I have put my bag next to a wall and it made it dirty.

- Good location for seeing the temples. Also very close to a bus station. - Affordable. - Morning cofee. - The owner was helpfull when answering questions.

Staff said property was closed for renovation but looked open with no construction either way the refused to give me a refund ! Not sure who's really at fault but booking.com refuse to acknowledge the situation and the property refused refund. Absolute joke

Deposit of 1000 bath at check in for the keay, the owner took a lot of time to give it back at check out, a bit confusing but it looks he does it all the time, first gave me 700 back and made me wait in the lobby telling ke the atm didn’t give him more, felt like a scam for a bit

Communication in english was difficult, wifi was not working, had a leaky bidet but usable, they close a little early but I guess it’s because it happens that I was there right after a kid just arrived

The room was very cozy and had also a nice balcony where you could see part of the ruins of the temple. Walking distance from the main temples and nice cafes. Good AC. The staff was very helpful and kind.

One of the strangest places we've stayed on our trip. It didn't feel like a hostel, we felt like we were intruding on a family home: There was junk everywhere and it was dirty. No soap/shampoo Had to ask several times for toilet paper and not given a whole roll Noisy, can hear other guests talking Sink leaked Hard beds No kettle/fridge No wifi (despite being advertised) No helmets for motorbikes (had to ask for them) 1000 baht deposit for anything you wanted (room key/bike key)

The A/C worked well. It was near the historic sites.

Warning if you have food, there can be ants in the room. The bed is very hard, we ask for topup.

The family/staff is very nice and the room was clean. The location was good and they have a moterbike for rent. And you can do your wash there for 150 baht.

It's close to the historical park and you can rent a bike or a motorbike directly from the host. The host has been nice and he also gave me a ride to the station before leaving.

Great hosts, very friendly family who try to make your stay easy and pleasant. Great central location to nearby attractions and offer bicycles and motorbikes for rent. Great aircon too. Great value for money!!

Stepped in last minute on the day. Owners were really friendly and prepared a room for me right away. 10 minutes later I was able to go to the room. Everyone was very friendly, room was clean and the location is good to hit all the sights. Great value for the price.

The coffee was excellent, we didn’t eat much and so close in town we have so many choices to choose, we did order evening meal for us and was extremely delicious, even the hotel not actually serving the food but made them especially for us

Large king bed with private bathroom and ac for a great price. Also, the staff was wonderful. Local family that helped us rent bikes and book bus tickets for our next spot. They even drove us to the bus station which was extremely nice of them.
