The owner is a very lovely lady who shares infos about the area. It is very close to ayutthaya's temples and bike rentals. The room was very comfy and clean with a fridge and water. Breakfast was light but nice. Aircon in the room was working and very needed as it was very hot. Definitely recommend this place.

Ban Boinchu is a comfortable, clean, and convenient homestay with very helpful staff, extremely pleasant owner. The location is great.walking distance to the large temples and easy access to tuk tuk transport, close to local restaurants and the night market The bed was comfy. The room and bathroom are spotlessly clean with tea, coffee, and water provided on the balcony for use anytime. Snack breakfast was a welcome surprise. There is a fridge in the room if you would need snacks and downstairs, there is a microwave and cutlery, etc, for general use. We had our washing done. Beautifully clean and very reasonable price. The owner is very helpful with tour advice, transport etc. Highly recommend this stay

Can't really have the curtain open at all time as there is on one side, the common terasse, and the other, the air-conditioning unit. Its OK as we didn't really spent time in daylight in the room.

Was in a very quiet area and the bed was brilliant, got a very good nights sleep. Within walking distance of quite a few places of interest, night market at top of the road. 7-11 nearby, everything you need nearby. Gave big pile of laundry in which was returned within six hrs at very reasonable cost.

Just small not very important things. Like the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighbors (snoring guy next room :D) but it wasnt problem for us.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ban Boonchu. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They helped us with booking boat trip around the island and to find a place to buy bus tickets. Location is great, right next to night market and archeological park. We are 2 girls and we felt safe walking around in the dark. We really appreciate small breakfast set even we didnt have breakfast. There was a kettle we could use to make coffee or tea.

Mosquitoes. The rooms were rather dark. This guesthouse is not fitted for travellers with young kids: Guest rooms are on the upper floor; walking heavily/jumping on the wooden floor is too noisy for the owner who lives on the ground floor.

Location. The owner was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was not included, but the owner offered bananas and some rice crackers, as well as coffee and tea. Laundry can be done with a reasonable price.
