Good place to stay for a night when transferring to or from the Langkawi ferry. Located on the main road into town. Room can be a bit noisy from the traffic. The bus (minivan) driver let us off right at the door when coming from Trang. Arranged for taxi and ferry with the hotel. Good restaurant right next door. Coffee and toast available in the morning.

Only down side was the noise of the traffic on the road outside the hotel, especially at peak times of the day.

The owner and her staff are sweet and they couldn't do enough to help us. They oiled pumped air into tyres of one of the bikes that was there and I was able to explore Satun by wheels. They helped book our bus so it stopped right opposite the hotel. There was free toast and hot water for tea and coffee for breakfast each day. There's a great restaurant next door where we ate most of our meals.

Great guesthouse, with a comfortable room, Satun was really worth staying in, plenty to see and do including caves with monkeys and temples. Right in the middle of town and on a busy road. Great for restaurants and the food night market.

We arrived in the dark and I didn't like the area much to walk around. We were heading out in the morning though.

The lady was really friendly and helpful. She helped us book a ferry to Langkawi and taxi pick up. They took us through the immigration process which was a huge help.

The room was comfortable and nice. The staff were friendly. All the facilities are good. It is real value for money. There are restaurants and grocery shops nearby.

We booked the accommodation because we went to Langkawi the next morning. At night the street is very noisy, so you should pack earplugs. The bus station was right by the accommodation, so you do not have to walk far to the accommodation. A cab to the pier is also offered by the accommodation. The room was clean.

am happy customer. the guesthouse is clean and nice. all ladies at front desk is very nice and helpful. satun is a small town nothing much at night but this hotel closest to muslim restaurant and 7eleven.

This time though, i got the front room facing the street. As expected, it is quite noisy until near midnight. Pretty hard to sleep before that time.

Excellent small hotel in Satun Town. The staff did not speak English but were very friendly. The rooms were big and very clean. Quite a few restaurants nearby. If I ever do head to Satun Town again, this hotel would definitely be my first choice.

The end room was a little loud with traffic but was okay with earplugs, I think all the other rooms would be fine though as only the end room had windows pointing to the road side

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were restocked with water each day and floors cleaned, the balcony was nice too.

Small hotel in the city center. Reasonable sized rooms with white tiles on the floor en good working AC. Daily cleaning of the room if you wish so. Very nice ladies that run the place; friendly and helpfull !!!

extremely noisy.. felt like the vehicles are running over me all night. never had this kind of experience in any hotels before. Unbelievable others have rated this hotel good.
