Hopfully by next time when guest dine in or during we having breakfast time,never swep/clean the floor,its will coz we're uncomfertble,our food will exposed with the dust,its not nice for seeing workers swiping the floor or cleaning during guest still having there food.

TurkeyThe room looked clean at first glance, but there were small ant-like insects in the toilet of our room and this made us uneasy. Check-in is not possible before 15:00.
Breakfast was good. There were no pork products for breakfast. It was good for Muslim families like us. Fruit was scarce. There was only watermelon. As for beverages, there was also a variety of coffee options, as well as juice, tea and milk. The location of the hotel was great, it is a walking distance to the shopping malls. As for transportation, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and there is also a BTS stop within a five-minute walk. The view from our room was beautiful.

MalaysiaThe hotel is only 5 min walking to BTS Ratchathewi station. There are a lot Halal Muslim food across the road which is near Masjid Darul Aman. Just that you have cross the road which can be quite dangerous. Otherwise there is a lot of 7E along the street. The hotel provide free breakfast and all are halal. 24 hour coffee machine service and welcoming cold water drink. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

MalaysiaFirst of all, the hotel lift need a serious upgrading, because it is still work like 1980s, we have to wait long for our turn, u usually during the breakfast period, u have to wait a longer time than usual. Secondly, recommended to install air freshner at the lift and the aisle heading towards room. THere is always this unpleasant smell when i enter the lift or when i walk toward the room.
I like that this hotel provides breakfast, and unlimited flow of coffee. And i also like that this property has a washer/dryer at 7th and 17th floor!!! The room was big & comfortable, but it is not as clean as u expect hotel to be. But overall, i am satisfied with the say here. It is near the bus stop, so it is also easier for commute to pratunam market!
