Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. Sky bar is great and the pool is almost unused. We had the pool to ourselves 70% of the time during the day. Location is good for street food and any supplies can be found in 7/11 accross road. Lifts can get busy during the day but if your fit enough you can climp the stairs if your room is not to high up

MalaysiaI feel the security of the hotel is lacking as you do not need a hotel card to use it. Basically anyone can walk in to gain access to the rooms floors of the hotel.
The location is great if you are attending an event at Rajamangala Stadium. Is just a 5 mins walking distance. 7 Eleven is just opposite the hotel if you need a quick grab.

MalaysiaIf you wish to go to Rajamangala Stadium, this hotel is perfect for you as it located just besides the stadium. Takes around 5-10 minutes to the stadium. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Surely gonna stay here again!

United KingdomThe rooftop bar never seemed to open and there was only 1 plug socket in the whole room for the TV. We had to unplug the TV to charge our phones. We also booked a room with a mini bar, however that was just a fridge with 2 bottles of water in it.
The room was large and clean. I especially loved how big the shower was. The rooftop pool and garden was a bonus.

AustraliaNo laundry service available, will not arrange taxi,no gym....hardly the mark of a 4 Star hotel that they state they are. American Breakfast with eggs & sausages was said to be available but there were never any sausages. I thought the breakfast spread rather minimal for a self proclaimed 4 Star hotel. Rooms were OK,nothing special. I thought the decor rather old & tired & rather dingy. Overall not what I would have expected from a 4 Star, rather dissapointing.

The room is good price, good size and very clean. There are many restaurant and coffee shop near by. The hotel is located opposite Rajamangala National Stadium and 5 minutes walk to the night market. The staff are ready to help and very friendly. At the roof top have Sky Bar where you can have a drink and enjoy night view of Bangkok. I will definitely stay again.

ThailandAthmosphere is rather cool and reserved. A lot of business customers stayed here during my stay, most of them from asian countries. Breakfast selection was therefore rather for asians. The restaurant is very good but also quite expensive for asian standards.
Very clean and fancy Hotel. My room was excellently designed, spacious and modern. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooftop pool and other facilities are as in the pictures. Everything worked and was in perfect condition.

New ZealandOther than the elevator being small and slow, everything was good.
It was a good destination to places we wanted to visit. They had a rooftop pool and bar with a great view, and accessible restaurants, 7/11, massage salons, bars etc down each of the roads so it was very good.

ThailandI paid for 3 nights at the hotel, but on the first night my daughter had an allergy attack due to dust and an old air conditioner and we went to the hospital. I asked to cancel at least the last night, since we could not stay in this hotel. The hotel, which took the payment in cash, said that Booking.com does not issue refunds. I sent a request to booking and received an answer that the departure date cannot be changed a day earlier, since there are no rooms in the hotel! The hotel is very dusty and there is not even a tea bag! The family room cost 98 dollars per night! There was nothing in it. We moved to a Novotel for $66 and breathed normally.
