There is of course noise outside at night, but if you know anything about the area, it is to be expected for the location. Not a complaint, just an observation.

Great location and all of the amenities were nice and the cleaning ladies left my stuff for me as to not disturb me from sleeping. Provided water and all soaps for free.

Wi-Fi connection needs to be improved and rooms floor tiles. also need to provide compliment tea/coffee to be provided in the room, although its available at lobby free of cost.

Staffs are excellent, very friendly and helpful. location is excellent as heart of Bangla Street. its an very old hotel and facilities somewhat satisfactory. however, my request is that the hotel needs some facelift and management need to improve its Wi-Fi connection and rooms floor tiles. otherwise, hotel is highly recommended sighting its location.

There is no way to get ahold of the staff unless you went to the reception. There was only one towel holder, behind the door, in the bathroom. No where to hang a hand towel. The area was noisy until after 3am, but, being close to Bangka Road and the bars, this is to be expected.

The hotel is near Bangla Road. The room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. There is staff available 24 hours.

there wasnt anything i could even fault with this hotel other than you could hear the music from bangla road but beeing so close to it you have to expect that and i did.

The Location of Rico's Patong Hotel is definitely worth the money - I would even have spent more to be directly at the Spot! Easy Check-In , fantastic communication and we could also use the pool of the Hotel beside on the roof. Even the Hotel was beside the Party Street - it was not loud at all! It is not the newest but clean and equipped with everything you need! Overall Price totally reflect the Value (especially Location) of Ricos Hotel! If I come back than I'll definitely stay one more time in Rico's Patong Hotel
