-Toilet paper´s quality does not meet a 5-star hotel standard, really thin, LOL -Rules & regulations for all inclusive package´s food part is a little complicated, the management shall make it clear to guests -SPA (massages) does not meet Thailand standard :(

-Beautiful resort with three modern designed swimming pools close to clean sea, what can you expect more? -All inclusive package good value for money as drinks are unlimited from 11am to 11pm, plus gelatos -Malin&Goetz toiletries and body lotion!

This is one of the best value resorts I have stayed in. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are very practical for travelling with a baby. The all inclusive package was incredible value for money. We will definitely be coming back. We were particularly appreciative of Ae and Oilly extra efforts to entertain our 6 month old baby while we were eating meals.

The location is a little secluded, so you do end up having to take a taxi or hire a private driver every time you want to head out (unless you rent a car). There are two free shuttle services a day but timing was a little difficult. The beach is a little rocky (so bring surf shoes) and the waves are quite strong. The remaining two pools aren’t as appealing as the main pool in terms of the layout, design and location. While the rooms were clean, our balconies were really dirty so we didn’t spend any time on them. Housekeeping also forgot to clean our room the first day despite being asked a couple of times (possibly due to a language barrier), but a call to the front desk resolved this.

It does look rather unassuming from the outside, as well as in the foyer and corridors, but the rooms are generously sized, clean and have great air conditioning. The bathrooms are also really large and clean. The handwritten notes on the mirrors from housekeeping were a cute touch. Of the 3 pools, we enjoyed the main pool the best. It was well maintained and close to the beach. The reception staff weren’t amazing, but we did have stellar service from the Latitude08 bartender, Nims, and the breakfast maitre’d, Norin. Staff at the resort were generally really lovely and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was really good and breakfast staff were fabulous.

The shuttle into Khao Lak wasn't very regular (every other day or so and turn around time was 2 hours) There wasn't alot of shade around the pool areas and the kids pool was just a small shallow pool, there was no shade or any fun things for them.

Food was amazing at all of the hotels restaurants Plenty of pool Definitely recommend attending the buffet nights they put on every few days.

The hotel is not suitable for a young family, to entice more young families it needs a specific kiddies pool , with a playground, shade and toys- More activities at night like more movie nights for younger children . There was not enough sunloungers around pool areas and grass areas.

The ground is very spacious which allows space for pockets of quiet and privacy! Has enough beach chairs to go around, long stretch of clean beach with sunset views in the evening. The sand is soft white but also has washed up tiny coral bits. Great facilties for young families and pool space to endlessly swim and play which are very clean! The rooms are huge with comfy beds and pillows, big bathrooms and are very clean with premium products that don't strip out your hair and smells great! All the restaurants have a huge variety of foods to choose from and portions are quite big. If you have a late flight like us, there's no fear of being Sweaty on the plane home as there's shower facilities with lockers near the gym.

Amazing place!! We chose this resort for our family vacation & everything from food to rooms to the facilities were top notch. This place also have halal meat & Indian food in their restaurants. Good value for money.

Especially, the restaurant staff (near the beach) was a little unfriendly.

The breakfast is kind of average. Mediocre croissants and pains au chocolat, the quality of the eggs is average. The coffee is ok. I stick to Asian fare which was really good. No milk without lactose. No mango. Oh and the tennis court has been unavailable for 3 years. A shame. Apart from that everything was great.

Gorgeous resort. The activities all day was incredible and the free watersports was wonderful. We loved the standup paddle boarding, muay thai classes and the kids loved all their activities.

Although the resort was pretty, it was more outdated then the pictures make it out to be, except for the bedrooms which were absolutely beautiful! The restaurants were good, however for a 5 star resort I was slightly disappointed. I paid for all-inclusive which was convenient, but the options that were actually included in the package was slim if you didn't want to pay extra; slightly disappointing as you would think paying so much for all inclusive you wouldn't have to pay even more if you wanted to expand your menu options. Also, the most frustrating and disappointing part of our stay was the hotel did not notify us of a wedding happening during our stay, so our first night was rough and anything but relaxing because of the blearing loud sound checks (that happened all day) and music that continued all night. Because of the wedding we also weren't allowed into some of the restaurants or bars as they were shut for the private function. I was highly unimpressed and no compensation was given. Spa was beautiful but the most expensive we had seen in our whole trip. I also suggest getting all-inclusive because I found restaurant and bar pricing was higher than the rest of the resorts we stayed at during our holiday.

Breakfast buffet was amazing, filled with lots of options. Resort overall was quite pretty, lots of pools and space to swim without having to be always around people. The bedrooms were absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, private and newly renovated. The bars and restaurants were were good, but service was amazing! Staff were so happy and lovely! The beach was beautiful, private and secluded, bar there was also beautiful and such a good vibe!! There is also a beautiful spa on site, we had a couple incredible treatments during our stay, but be prepared to pay a reasonable amount (2000-4000b) for a treatment.

All inclusive is not "all" inclusive. There are a lot of exceptions and you need 2 days to understand the system. Wrong arrangement from top management. There were five big private actions with significant limitations for using restaurants. It means that top management is more looking to earn money than for the satisfaction of standard tourists.

Beautiful room with direct entrance to the pool from teras. Quiet place and keeping the night regime. Very accommodating staff.

There was a distinct lack of random cats that other resorts in Khao Lak usually have - possibly because the resort has such a focus on attracting bird life which is also great. We just missed making friends with the random cats in the area :)

The resort is amazingly beautiful. Great pools, great food, the beach is beautiful and clean- what more could you want! We also really enjoyed the pool bar. The two bartenders Nanny and Wan went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly and make a great Cuba Libre. We will be back! PS the all inclusive option is well worth the small amount extra - so many choices!
