Lack of activities to keep the guests occupied, poor wifi speed and limited options for vegetarians

the property is comfortable and well maintained. the beach is clean and easily accessible. the breakfast is fair though very less options for vegetarians. It is situated very near to Avani and Outrigger resorts. However the city of khaolak, which is more like a hamlet is about 15 kms away. It is suggested to have a vehicle or access to a vehicle if you wish to visit places unless the purpose is just to relax at the resort and the beach.

It's really quiet with not much to do around the area so if you're looking for vibrant life, probably not the place for you. But the perfect place to relax and be totally unbothered.

This stay was PERFECT and I honestly can't wait to come back. Room was stunning, I got a free upgrade on arrival which really made my trip and the views are to die for. Pool is really quiet and relaxed, food in restaurant is great. I stayed for 2 nights and wish I booked longer. No reason to leave!

It is quite far actually from Khao Lak so you cannot pop by for a night walk into town or go for dinner in town. Having said that you can always get the shuttle from the hotel (paying) and/or as we did go the some of the lovely restaurants on the beach that you can reach walking.

This is a little paradise in Khao Lak, it is such a nice hotel with a huge swimming pool (and we had also a semi-private one outside the room) and almost an empty beach at the front that you feel like not leaving it. Which is what we noticed 80% of the people staying do. There was a comment mentioning that there are a lot of retired swiss and german couples and we can confirm but they were the best neighbours! Breakfast is also great. You can get your own eggs as you want and there is a very wide variety of hot and cold food. We had from toast with poached eggs, muesli with yogurt and bowls of fruits to fried rice with chicken!

We stay 1 night in a pool access room 403. Inside the room was very stinky. I think the small comes from toilet. I will come again , hope that not every room have a smell

Really calm and beautiful area. Near massage and beach Cafe. If you wish to relax without any noises it's a right place. Nice and friendly stuff. Big main swimming pool.

The internet! This was our second trip to this location and I am sad to say the internet simply hasn’t improved. The quality of the service is simply not up to the standards required in 2024. After a few days of very intermittent service we ended up purchasing our own internet plan for the duration of our 3 week stay.

The location is simply 10/10, the staff are excellent and the rooms large and spacious

We didn’t like the sun bed situation around the pool, guests reserving sun beds with towels from 6.30am. Sun beds usually all taken by breakfast time. There were a couple of occasions where the complimentary water was not refilled in our room. We also felt that the hotel shuttle into Khao Lak should really have been free of charge and run more frequently. It only made 2 outward trips and did not offer a return journey. The hotel has a shower room for guests to use who need to check out late but the shower only has cold water, we felt this poor for a hotel of this class, it was the most expensive of our trip and some aspects were disappointing compared to our experience in other less costly hotels.

Lovely hotel, so nice to be able to have breakfast on the beach. Very good breakfast selection, usual buffet items you’d expect and then eggs cooked to order. We stayed in a chalet room next to beautiful swimming pool. Our room was great, shower pressure was amazing, best we’d had on our trip. Hotel located quite a way out of Khao Lak, beach was quiet and peaceful, lovely white sand and gorgeous sea. There were a few eating places a long the beach, easy walking from hotel. Hotel grounds beautiful lush, tropical.

It was a wonderful place. Perhaps a real coffee shop and barrister would help as this wasn’t great. Everything else was considered and thoughtfully offered.

The staff are wonderful. They are so friendly and warm to everyone and it’s a delight. The pool is also immaculate and right next to a quiet beautiful beach. It’s an escape from the world, with lush green planting across the hotel. We loved this hotel and being adult only, we enjoyed peace, quiet and tranquility. A real gem.

The hotel could do with some more sun beds and suffers from the old putting towels on beds early morning scam. The pool towels are small and old, but a small factor at this wonderful hotel.

Fabulous hotel and gardens by the sea. Fantastic buffet breakfast overlooking the beach. Large pool and nice big beach. Big rooms and very comfortable, we will be back

This is the most gorgeous resort I’ve stayed in in the whole of Thailand. It’s perfectly secluded, surrounded by lush, tropical plants and exceedingly well decorated. It also has a wonderful pool and restaurant as well. Hotel room and all shared areas are very well looked after. Would come back and recommend to anyone.
