How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The pillow was too large for both my husband and me and we did not use them. Although it is called a B&B, there is no breakfast included, only instant coffee. However, there is a fridge, kettle, cups, bowls and cutlery so one could buy noodles and other goodies from a store as we did. Van drivers weren't sure how to find the place as it on a side street. Ms. Kam offered to speak with them to sort it out.
A bit out of town, so it was very quiet. We had bicycles to get around, otherwise one could go by taxi. 104 baht by Grab to get to Krabi. Under 15 km to get to Ao Nang. Comfortable beds, shower water was strong. Ms. Kam, owner, very friendly and helpful. She waited up until 10:30pm when our transportation was delayed. She had the air conditioning on meaning the room was not hot! The room was so clean and cute! Excellent restaurant across the street, 7-11's just a few hundred metres.

Excellent place to stay! The host is very friendly and offers bike rentals for a good price. We stayed for 2 weeks and the location couldn’t have been better. No more than 30 minutes drive to all the beaches/national parks in the area. The room was cleaned regularly and facilities were all perfect. Highly recommend for those looking for a good long term stay at an affordable price. P.s feed the black stray dog if you’re lucky enough to meet him, he is so gentle and friendly :)

Part of this place is under reconstruction right now. This is always very unpleasant. It was noisy and dusty around. We haven't seen any note about it in advance while booking (probably would choose a different accomodation). WiFi was not very good. No cleaning during our 5-nights stay.
The room was spacious, nice and clean. Kind owner, she tried to help with everything we needed. She managed for us a scooter rental (small Scoopy). Just be ready to use a translator as she almost doesn't speak English. Good value for the price.

It's 3 KMS from the city. Dont book the place if you dont have a bike with you. There are not many tuk tuks nearby.
Everything was great and the host was very welcoming. A very peaceful place to stay. No traffic or party sounds. Spacious room.

Nothing - actually, even the bathroom drains didn't stink in these rooms as it has in our other accommodations in Thailand.
We booked two rooms for our family of four and they were perfect! We only had two nights in our schedule for visiting Krabi, but the rooms would be very comfortable for a longer stay. They're new and very well decorated, with nice touches like a bedside table lamp. It was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Ms. Kam, the owner, was very nice and welcoming. The location was very convenient, between Krabi town and Ao Nang beach area (but closer to Krabi town, which was nice because we liked it better than the congested, touristy area of Ao Nang). We would love to stay there again!

Once we smelled some bad smell from the pipes in the bathroom, but that could be also due to reconstruction they were working on in the apartment next to us.
Overall it was very nice and cozy, we ate breakfast in the garden, the room was spacious with small kitchenette (not possible to cook, only prepare coffee or tea) with refrigerator. The bed was nice, I personally didnt like the pillow but my wife was ok with it ;) (maybe im just too spoilt). Bathroom was nice, the water was warm and pressure was also very good (not common in thailand). The location is great to explore Krabi city center (5 mins by scooter) and we travelled to some other sight seeings by scooter (20-30 minutes, mangroove walks/caves/waterfalls/Wat Tham Suea Krabi) - so great starting point and when you came back at midnight you appreciate the little details that really makes you feel like at home (just go see, and you will agree with us :))

The bathroom is Thai style but still clean and the soaps that are provided smell amazing.
The owner is such a lovely woman. A lot of pride is put into the garden and location. The room was clean and the bedding was nice.

Most taxi driver do not know how to get to the property. Even with Google map.
Clean. Spacious. Lots of beautiful greenery. Friendly staff/owner and neighbour.
