Purpose of our stay was to travel to Koh Lipe so we had to stay one night at the mainland. Hence it’s very near to Pak Bara Pier I love that they have a mini bar where they provide hot drinks and snacks so we won’t get hungry

Lovely pool, great location. Clean spacious rooms. Beautiful looking hotel with rooms arranged around a pool. Hot drinks & cold water & snacks available. Perfectly located for the pier & ferries.

Few staffs were not able to communicate in English. This will be difficult for foreigners who don't speak Thai language to ask questions at the front desk.

The location is close to the city center, eating places and place of attractions. The staffs were also very helpful, and you feel welcomed while staying at the property. The child friendly pool is also nicely located in front of the room.

Walls are a little thin so noise from other rooms

Staff excellent, free coffee and snacks and great pool. This is located a stone's throw from the port for the boat to Koh Lipe. 7-11 nearby and 5 mins nites from a Roti Bars.

the parking lot is a bit far from the hotel..u need to park and walk like 100m to the parking lot

While the staff made sincere efforts to communicate in English and were helpful, it was a bit challenging at times. Additionally, the noise outside the room was quite disruptive.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The room is clean and spacious. We love the small pantry where we can get our bottomless coffee and tea. The hotel is within walking distance to the pier. Love it so much

Very nice hotel, a few steps to the port. At the same time, they offer free transport to the port. The accommodation includes small refreshments, fruit, coffee and water. A few meters from the accommodation, excellent local breakfast sellers with a large selection. 7eleven and tasty street food within walking distance.

The room was very spacious and super clean with aromatic scent all the time. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I especially love the location, it is very close to the pier, local food stalls, and 7/11.

Im still confused tbh, there was lingering unpleasant smell upon entering our room, but eventually it did smell like the mint too🤨so yeah im still confused up to this date. Room cleanliness is acceptable but can be improved further as the floor was quite greasy. As everyone mentioned parking is quite far and a bit deserted at night if you were to walk alone there

Youll be welcomed with refreshing mint scent upon entering the reception area. Free flow of coffee/tea/hot chocolate is definitely wonderful. My mom enjoyed their local ‘tepung bungkus’ and ‘pulut inti’ so much! Definitely a bonus point there. Design was simple yet aesthetically pleasing!

Loud families with children by the pool. All rooms are around the pool, so you can hear all the noise in the room. Not good place if the family is there with children.

The only trun down is the smell when coming in the rooms. It has unpleasent smell (like old rooms) and the available parking is quite far which is not convenient for senior citizen.

The place is very value for money and exactly like my expectation. It give you different kind of vibes when entering the permise. Also it has a lot of beautiful places/corners for pictures

It is not a big issue for me but I think the bed sheet should be replace to a new one. It is clean but torn already. It will affect the image of the hotel.

The entrance of the hotel already tell it all. It is really not a budget hotel for me. This is way above the par. The exterior is just on point. Once I entered the room, I can smell a very calm mint mist which I never smell at other hotel. My son wrongly think it was chewing gum. 😅 The bed is spacious. I can comfortably sleep with my husband & two kids. Personally, I am in love with the room interior. Simple yet classic. The rattan lamp is so beautiful. The bathroom is big, clean & comfortable. The fact that the pool is at the centre of our accommodation are very great. I can easily monitor on the kids. The plus point of the hotel is their free flow coffee machine with varieties of choice. My husband love it! Oh yeah, the receptionist are friendly & can speak English fluently. She gave me a free drink voucher for the Bara Coffee Cafe nearby.

The shower water pressure is not strong enough for me 😉 the bathroom cleanliness can be improved (I’m a fussy person. so it matters to me)

comfortable beds. nice exterior. private parking available tho have to walk a bit but it’s not far. so it’s fine. free coffee provided at the pool side coffee machine. just bring the room mug. kiblat direction is provided. good for muslim guests.
