I wasn't informed that they don't have a 24h reception. When I arrived, there was no one there to tell me where my bed or room assignment was. It was all good as we sorted out everything in the morning.

It is conveniently located near Phrom Pong BTS station. There is a lot of local food available in the area. It is near a luxurious shop. Walking distance to the Queen's park too. They have a lot of rooms. The toilet and bath are both clean. They have cool ac and they have a roof top if you need to dry your laundry or stuff. Their wifi is fast.

Included breakfast was a bread roll from a convenience store. There are 5 floors and no elevator (so be aware if you don't pack lightly). The front of the hostel is very cute, but the surrounding area is quite old and rundown. You're paying for the vibe of the hostel more than anything else, as the interior is very clean and cutely decorated.

Location was great as far as being close to the BTS line. The beds were comfortable, AC strong, and showers/bathrooms clean.

The ladder into the top bunk was so narrow it was really difficult to get up and down, the mattress was a little thin as well.

The bed was hard. Quite uncomfortable, but not bad.. Also, the small locker they provided didn't even lock.

The location. Its close to Phrom Pong BTS station. Which means easy way for you to travel. Other than that, it's clean. The toilets, the dorms, all of it. The size of the bed is also good.

No lift and had to go four flights. A/C was too cold and no option to adjust. A little pricey.

There is no enough public area and is without wifi. Room is not as new as expected, but still very tidy.

Close to BTS station and the BTS elevator!! For the location and convenience, it's the best one.

The location is absolutely perfect if you are traveling and roaming around Bangkok via BTS because the place is just beside the BTS Phrom Phong station. The place was great and clean. The bed is comfortable and the staff is very nice..

When I was shown to my bunk, I noticed some brown-ish marks on the sheets and a few strands of hair from the previous occupant. When I pointed this out, the receptionist giggled and replied: yes, it’s a two-star hostel. Each toilet or shower seemed to have a resident cockroach. I hesitated before posting negative feedback here, because everything else was great, but I do think even budget accommodation should be clean.

The price and location of this hostel make it difficult to criticise. For only £11/night, its proximity to the BTS train made it a great-value choice for me. The furniture and facilities are modern. The member of staff working at the reception desk was warm and friendly. An adequate breakfast is included in the price. Right on the doorstep there are restaurants, convenience stores, bars, and street-food galore. Public transport to and from BKK airport is superb.

Staff didn't speak much English. I was originally taken to the wrong room and after having already unpacked had to move. I had requested a lower bunk due to an injury but this was not noted either. There was no vegetarian option available for breakfast.

Quirky and stylish hostel really close to the skytrain for getting around easily.

It was a New Year day when I checked in. The staff was a backup person who cannot speak English. She assigned me to mix dormitory at first although I booked female only dormitory… I did not get any receipt for payment for 2 nights and 200 Baht deposit at the reception even I asked for…Other than that, the stay was comfortable as usual:)

This is my 3rd time staying at this hostel:) It is located right in front of BTS station and there are 2 shopping malls, many massage places and restaurants nearby.

I booked for the 4-bed dorm but I was arranged into a 10-bed dorm without prior notice and without compensation. The staff there when I checked in said that they couldn’t manage and answer anything about that issue. And lastly, it is a 5-stores building without an elevator, if you travel with a big luggage, you should know this :).

Location is a rare find in central Sukhumvit area. Just a few steps from Emquartier department store and a few steps from BTS Prom Phong.

Locker broken, couldnt lock my stuff, had to walk with my camera everywhere. It say that breakfast is included but they provide only basic sandwich with meat (cant have if you are vegetarian), and juice in tetrapak, so you have to spend your money for breakie somewhere else. There is cafe attached to the hostel which is amazing but also takes a comon space you cant use when open.
