Aircon filters were very dirty (took 2 minutes to clean them myself) There is not really a car park but a very short entrance to the hotel where 6 cars can be left (the hotel staff were excellent at helping maneuver cars to assist with getting out each time)

Great room size for the price and super comfy bed! Very quiet despite being very well located. Large balcony and the room was clean (aside from the bathroom, but you won’t find many immaculate bathrooms here)

The location to the beach and Longtail boats was very convenient. However, the extremely loud music blaring till midnight from a bar across the street was a bit much. Room was very basic, but clean. Furnishings could definitely use updating. Bed was comfortable enough. It was fine for a 1 night stay.

The bed!!! I don't know what it is about properties that think it's acceptable to put two single beds together, holding them together with only the bottom sheet. I have seen some places do this and actually connect the legs of the beds. We ended up either sleeping separately or both squeezed onto a single bed. More than once we nearly fell between the separating beds. Obviously the more active you are at night the worse it gets. I was very specific when I booked.saying that I wanted a double bed and they confirmed we would have one. All the rooms I walked passed with open doors seem to have the same 2 single beds. Even just sleeping I was conscious I could fall between the beds.

Great location very close to waterfront with plenty of food and drink options close by. Let's be honest that no one goes to Ao Nang for the beaches. Compared to somewhere like Phuket they're a very distant second place. The room was always clean and tidy.

Room '407' was very warm and comfy with a nice view that you can see the sunset. We also would like to thank Mr. Paul for helping us to bring first aid when we needed it. Thank You, Paul, till we meet again. :)

Bar right next to the hotel, so repare to only sleep after 1am due to loud band playing.

Location was close to shops and restaurants, close to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful.

There are quite things that were not working properly, like a lock of the balcony door that was not working at the room I stayed or the broken bidet that splashed out water all over the bathroom

The rooms are clean and the style is modern which I like. The place is well located where you can easily walk to the beach, and take any boats or even enjoy the night market. My family and I were very well welcomed even though there's a construction but the hotel managed everything pretty well. I am overall satisfied with this hotel.

Just a couple things really - we found a pair of dirty boxers under the bed mattress which we put out on the balcony. The wifi worked maybe 20% of the stay, causing a few difficulties. When we walked into the toilet there was a 'poo' in the toilet but we had a laugh because it's a very easy mistake to make.

Staff absolutely brilliant. Most polite people I've ever met. Room was more than we bargained for, very good price for a very very good room.

They are building a hotel next to it, so it is busy and noisy a bit .. also the facilities have had the better days already, but again - good value for the price ( went low season though... )

Location is great, the view is great from the top sea-side rooms, good value
