United Kingdomthe swimming pool water was so dirty and discoloured that no one went in pool ! not even the monitor lizards that live in the drains. the elevator kept breaking down and required fixing. also there is a bar 20 meters away called full moon bar playing extra loud rock music until 12.30am every night. request a room with odd numbers so you on opposite side of hotel to this noise

United KingdomBecause of covid there were lots of things not working properly or maintained like the pool, pool area, sunbeds & restaurant, which was a shame as everything else was really good. The pool, pool area and sun-beds let it down. If this area was maintained this would have made the hotel an excellent place to stay overall.
The rooms were fantastic and had all that you needed. If not the staff got it when you asked. The bed was so comfortable. The walk from the room to the back of the hotel and straight onto the beach was fantastic! The staff were always welcoming and very helpful.

Amazing location with everything you could need close by, have tried multiple different rooms in this hotel and all have been some of the best i've stayed in for the price. TurkeyIt is too old and dirty, it is not even close to how it looks like in pictures.. Swimming pool is very dirty - and there is no beach at all, it is under construction. People book this place because of facilities but they should provide real information. Besides, it is way too expensive compared to other hotels you can easily book a 4 or 5 star hotel at that price. Hotel staff asks for extra 3% commission if you pay with credit card and asks for cash, only after I informed booking about this they did not request commission. I specifically asked for a room with balcony with a good view, but the room we got had water tank view. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

United KingdomI didn’t have any major complaints,they didn’t refill the shower gel daily and soap bottles.there were some damage to the furniture and toilet seat but they didn’t blame me.I brought my own anti bacterial wipes and cleaned all touch points myself.
The location was very good,the good restaurants were only a short walking distance away,the boat taxi service to railey beach was close,about 50m away.my only major complaint was their was no English speaking channels on the tv,you get what you pay for.
