The property is perfectly situated in Chiang Mai and is near some great night markets and restaurants and pretty much all of the city is easily reachable through the grab app or if you want you can rent an electric bike at a nearby shop. The staff from the front desk works to the housekeepers we’re incredibly kind and super helpful whenever we needed help. It was great starting the day seeing the positivity from the staff at breakfast and throughout the day and night.

Elevator is a little bit small.

Breakfast could start earlier. The start time is when most tours pick you up so it was difficult for most people. Plus the breakfast didn’t actually come out until 10-15 min later

The hotel was very nice. Room was spacious and staff was friendly. Really enjoyed that they gave you plenty of water.

Breakfast, location and room were perfect. Breakfast: Different each day and oh so good! Location: Perfect, we walked to all of our destinations, and very safe neighbourhood Room: Comfortable, clean and very quiet. Staff: Amazing, friendly, helpful. Can't say enough good things about this property. We would stay at this location again if we return. Great place to have the laundry done, best price and very quick.

Located near night market and 5 minute walk to old town area with lots of cool restaurants. Delicious breakfast , lots of fresh fruit , baked goods, and even special Chinese new year surprises . staff were really amazing. Always going beyond and asking if you needed anything . Owner came around to insure everyone was satisfied. There’s a pool but didn’t get to use it.

Exceptional. 100% recommended. Totally exceeding our expectations and what we have paid for. All the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They always greet the guests with smiles. They also assist us from online through Booking messaging to offline during our actual stay. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable; especially, the shower provides hot and strong water pressure. The facility in general is also very new and well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious with mnay varieties. And there are free 24/7 coffee machine, juice bar, instance noodles, snacks, etc. which is totally marvelous. The location is close to both the airport and Old Town. There is also a night market, 7-11s, tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. It only takes 10 minute to get to One Nimman, Maya malls, more modern area by car.

Loved it all

Perfect place to stay. No need to look further. Great staff, awesome breakfast, excellent location and beautiful design and elegance. Loved my 5 night stay. Don’t look any further. Linens are lovely and comfy bed. Very good price for what you get. Yours can be booked through the hotel. Home away from home.

Pool was beautiful, but mostly inside with one of the ends open to sky for sunning. We were too busy to use, but if you wanted to lay around the pool, not too much area.

Staff was amazing! Delicious breakfasts served every day and a wall refrigerator full of bottled water and juice whenever needed...as well as coffee available all day. Close to restaurants and Chiang Mai Gate.

The food could have been warmer.

A unique hotel for such places. Very clean, high standards, quiet, very attentive staff. Location is good enough for walking to the old city and night bazaar. Breakfast was very good. Not too much variety, but all is tasty. Highly recommend.

Loved everything!

Great hotel! Walking distance to many restaurants, temples, massage shops, and markets! The staff was amazing and so helpful! Breakfast was top notch! I would definitely stay here again.

This place is incredible, staff were amazing and friendly and honestly made the trip that much better. Stuff in the lobby you can take at anytime including ramen, ice creams, cereal, water and juice etc. rooms were nice and clean, very big beds and good location

Everything was perfect, rooms were very clean, great breakfast and most importantly amazing staff, each one of them. They were very polite and helpful. Location was near the old town, yet quite at night. Would definitely recommend 11/10.

Clean and modern room, very large spacious bed with modern facilities. Wonderful and friendly 24/7 staff. Awesome buffet breakfast and 24 hr access to free bottles of water/juices/fruits. Efficient laundry service. Convenient location, under 10 mins from anywhere in town you’d want to go. Motorbike rental a short walk from the hotel. Nice semi-indoor pool.

Nothing, we loved it all

Perfect location, room and facilities are all you need, the free water/snacks are such a nice touch! The staff are so so lovely, happy to help with any questions and they all seem like friends too which makes for a lovely atmosphere
