We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI arrived late, I booked a taxi to airport the following morning and 249 baht even though I only paid 150 to get there in a public taxi. The description is bedroom at airport, IT IS NOT false advertising! It's 20mins away. The room was dirty, muck and dirt on the walls and sides. The bathroom was alright but the tiles were dirty and not cleaned properly! The mattress had springs sticking into you The taxi the next morning didn't show, there was no one in the office I called and tried to get hold of someone after 20mins someone appeared from the building behind.
