Didn’t love how we couldn’t get our AC to work for a little bit. Wished there was some form of complimentary water. Was the most expensive place we stayed at in Thailand.

The gym was small but with enough things, however, almost too hard to workout there without a fan.

Really comfortable room with a minimalistic design. Everything worked well! They offer complimentary snacks and coffee throughout the morning/day as well as water and fruit, we were positively surprised. The hotel is an open space so expect mosquitoes everywhere.

Everything was perfect! The room was spotless and so modern! The bed was comfy and the shower was lovely. Location was perfect 2 minute walk to Chaweng beach 😍 Would definitely stay here again!

The walls are really thin, you hear everything. The bins in the room are small and fill up quickly, so if you stay a while, you need to ask to get them cleaned.

Clean, new and modern. Aircon works really well, hallways and elevators are clean. Staff are kind and helpful, always at the front desk.

loved the location by the beach, the staff were so friendly making conversation all the time, making sure everything was ok for us. tv in the room was unexpected, was a smart tv so can have YouTube and streaming services on. the bathroom was gorgeous! shower worked amazing and cleaners did their job so well.

Location is perfect for us. Within a short walking to chaweng beach, 7 eleven and eateries. Comfy bed and simple light breakfast provided. Clean environment. Air con working well.

Slightly out of the way from Chaweng Beach where all the festivities happen in the evening, but perfect place to be based if you’re looking to be slightly outside the hustle and bustle. Only slightly inconvenienced when upon our arrival, we had to wait until 16:30 before the room was ready for check-in.

Lovely friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms and bathrooms. Perfect walking distance to restaurants, shops, markets and the beach.

It’s clean, it’s affordable, water pressure is good, staff are amazing, also if you are someone that is going to be out all day, and just need a clean and safe and cosy hotel to have your things there and not worry. This is the place. I stayed here three times.

It’s close to the beach, 30 seconds walk, it’s 4-6 mins walk to the main night life, everything is close by.

The sliding door to the balcony cannot be opened from the balcony side. Fortunately when I closed the door the curtain prevented full closure otherwise I would have been locked out. The manager says they were looking to resolve this and I hope it is done before any major issue.

Everything was new. The beds were especially comfortable with excellent quality of bedding for a hotel of this price. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

Wrong floor in the bathroom, the water does not go away. Air cond has no night mode.

Absolutely new hotel, clean and close to one the beaches. Situated in a silent place. Big and well-equiped room. Would be back with pleasure.

Small trash bin, only one in the bathroom, so if you stay for more days, it gets full. But you can just ask for emptying. We had really poor wifi signal in the room. In the lobby and in the hallways it was strong, but in the room, further from the hallway it got weaker.

Welcoming staff at the reception, I found them really nice, they made me feel good just by saying hello. Lobby is open and airy. Aesthetic minimalist design, big windows. There is an all day snack bar with crackers, bananas, coffee and water, which was awesome. On the 4th floor there is a small gym. Lot of good restaurants nearby. Close to the beach. Motorbike parking right in front. Possibility of paying by bank transfer.

View is nothing special. There are not any closet where you could put your things. Also no trash bin.

It’s very new and clean! We were the first ones sleeping in that room. Very spacious and nice TV. Comfortable bed - had a best sleep there! Very welcoming and helpful staff! The best beach is 3min walk away.
