How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was hard to get a Grab bike since it's at the corner of a busy complicated intersection

Everything was fine except some noise making neighbours in the next room. This is however not the hotel faults.
Excellent location within walking distance to the airlink train to airport. Comfortable rooms with all requirements and amenities.

Beautiful and clean hotel right off the airport train line. The lobby was spacious and the common areas gave it a nice, relaxed vibe.

The building is a-bit out of time and need to do some renovations. But not really big problem for me.
The location is good and just nearby the airport railway line station. There are quite a few local food stores as well as 7 Eleven store. That’s why I have book here for my second time.

- No breakfast available, but there is a café just next to the hotel which offers breakfast items, so no problems at all - Bathroom didn't have a soap or soap dispenser next to the basin, so you had to take the soap from the shower which was a bit of a hassle - I had requested a "quiet room" away from the elevators to minimize the noise of "foot traffic", unfortunately they didn't consider this, so I initially got the room just next to the elevator (opposite). When I went to the reception, the lady agreed to change it and I got a room like I requested and all was good. Just a pity they don't organize this properly beforehand. In any case: This was my second stay here and for this price I would definitely come back. It's a safe, good enough hotel.

Strategic location - 3mins walking distance to ARL. Lots of Halal food vendors nearby hotel Very clean & accommodative host- stayed there for 6days and every day we requested to make up the room. Our room was cleaned perfectly. They also allowed us to check in early even though check in time is at 1pm. The room also spacious and smells good.

The main highway is just in front of hotel. Needs soundproof improvements. On the side street part is ok.
Close to MRT and easy to connect with the city. Nice artwork and stylish design..

This area Bangkok is very busy with traffic and sidewalks kinda rough the walk ability score would be low although not terrible. Heavy traffic out front means constant noise in your room. The theatre which they advertise is not operational at present as of February 2024. There is a small restaurant on the ground floor with southern food and a coffee station in the lobby.
Well located next to the canal and the airport line which also connect you with the MRT so everything is close. There’s a number of small restaurants around the hotel they close at night, but there’s also seven. Funky art and furnishings.

This is not the best part of the city. Quite far from sightseeing spots.
Very close to Airport Rail Link. Clean, nice hotel, ideal for one night before flight.

The hotel is in a great location for transport because it's on a main thoroughfare in Bangkok. It is noisy, but the hotel were extremely accommodating in finding me a room on the side of the property overlooking the back streets, so it wasn't an issue.
Fantastic location combined with a accommodating welcome, and great pre-arrival interactions made this a great stay.

The room was in the small size but at the price, great value for money. The area is an authentic Bangkok neighbourhood, few tourists. I've been to Bangkok many times so that suited me, but if it was my first stay, I'd prefer an area on the Chao Phraya River, nearer to the sights, like the New Siam Ii, New Siam Riverside or New Siam Palace Ville guesthouses in Banglamphu. If you want to be near Suvarnabhumi International Airport, you couldn't do better than BBHouse.
Value for money. Very close to Ramkhamhaeng Station and Ramueng Pier. The station has direct link to Suvarnabhumi International Airport, cheap, quick and easy. From the pier, boat to Pratunam is atmospheric and traffic free. . There is a great night food market at the station which serves mostly Thai people, which is high quality, enormous selection, inexpensive and a 7-11 at the food market for drinks purchase. Just behind the hotel, 'Sunny Cafe' serves great coffee and western breakfasts. Walk from station with luggage is uneven but doable. If you're getting a cab, it's difficult to stop on the main road, Phetchbauri. Get dropped at the back entrance, on the lane Soi Khlong Tan Mosque. The hotel allowed us to leave suitcases for free when we left for a week, which is very generous.

Traffic noise from the street was quite loud you might want some ear plugs.
Location was good for us- close to a station on the airport train line. And easy to get into the centre. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. Air con was good.
