How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The pool working hours could be longer
Delicious varied breakfast, tasty coffee, attentive staff. Its the first hotel in Thailand where our baby ate porridge prepared by the chef specially for us. The great kids room which is organized in the hotel. Big umbrellas for guests at the entrance.

Nothing , just that I was expecting a king bed but provided a twin bed connected to each other but other facilities outweighed .
Great hotel with amazing staff and facilities .Value for money. The pool view room is the best . Special thanks to the housekeeping team and front office. Location bit away but terminal 21 walkable distance .

Cold swimming pool and no sun in the swimming pool area in the afternoon, the were handprints on windows, that was quite creepy

For example, we lay at the Pool have Staff Working at the Bar without any Costumer but noone ask us what we want to drink, we have to ask them! Noone clean the Ashtrees or remive the Trash from others. One Day others was eat MC Donnalds at the pool, but noone come and remove the trash. Not because they bussy, because they lazy.There was enough Staff to do the job!
The Hotel is new and a nice place to sleep without noise. The Aircon is verry quiet and the rooms Comfortable. The Staff was friendly but at all didnt care Costumer.

The room was poorly lit especially when in bed you could not read or do a crossword and their was a full height mirror with no light above it, just too dark
Everything clean and the staff inall departments were excellent and very friendly

Hotel a bit too far from the beach , a 25 minute walk
It's a nice modern hotel. Room.was spacious with comfortable large bed and I slept well. WiFi in room was good and shower pressure was strong

For Muslim tourists, a variety of halal food options should be offered.
The hotel features a contemporary architecture and designs, everything in the hotel is clean and comfy. The Pattaya Night Bazaar, Terminal 21, and Big-C are all very close to the hotel, and a Seven-Eleven is only a few steps away. When you arrive, the staff will serve you a refreshing honey-lemon drink and welcome you with a kind grin. You can easily take a walk to the nearby beach.

Ceiling lights do not give out much light.
Clean, modern, good walk in shower, decent size room, fridge, hairdryer, good desk, chair, firm bed/mattress, secure with key cards etc

TVs are bit old fashion. Sometimes you can smell something on the corridors.
Very clean, especially compared to other hotels in Thailand, we’ve stayed at. Great breakfasts, staff is helpful and polite. Hotel is modern and looks really good. It is close to the beach and taxis have no issues reaching the hotel at all.

The layout of the restuarant for breakfast. The coffee machine was in the corner and due to the fact there was only 1 coffee machine it created long lines. During waiting it become hot because next to the coffee machine there was the hot pots with rice and other. My advice, change the layout of the restaurant and get at least 2 coffee machines!!
The staff very friendly. Hotel looks new.

I think now a day all tvs should have the ability to screen mirror you phone or be smart tvs. The stairs to the pool are broken ans watched 2 people almost get hurt. Showing its age...
The location was great.
