Basically security could have been there We know the place but for those who don’t it is unlit and off putting

Adequate breakfast, good location . Beachfront handy I would have a life guard as I needed vinegar after jelly fish sting and no one around This could do with better mgt

The atmosphere is lovely and laid back and the staff are so helpful. I lost my phone and they went above and beyond to help me (and helped translate when locals found it and handed it in!). Room was spacious and clean and balcony was really big.

Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the smoking permittted within hotel grounds. This tainted the experience for me. Often we’d be eating breakfast with smoke blowing into restaurant.

Location was perfect and next to local shops and beach restaurants. Buffet breakfast was incredible with lots of options. Rooms and beds were lovely and very clean.

There were a lot of jellyfish in the sea and on the beach, so it made it difficult to swim

The location was right on the beach, although the tide came right in. The pools were love.y and big with lots of sun umbrellas and plenty of beds

the rooms (except the beds) was not the standard of a 4 stars hotel there were some bugs in the bathroom

The sea water was not very clear, at least during our stay.

The breakfast was excellent with large variety. The two big pools were also great. It was nice to be able to walk on the beach which is with nice fine sand.

I don’t see any major disadvantages, but my previous and cheaper accommodation in Phuket set the bar high

Really nice place, but you can find something better for this price. An additional plus for the playroom with a very kind babysitter.

Although there's a no reservation of sun loungers at the beach , too many people still reserving them and not using them for hours , removal of towels needs to be enforced to stop it ... This by no means is the hotels fault , but if there's a policy then enforce it ...

Set on a great beach ... Room was very spacious and clean .. Close to lots of beach bars , and main road had good selection of bars and restaurants directly opposite hotel

Air conditioners don't stop during the night and they are very noisy. It becomes very cold in the room when the AC works and very hot when it is stopped.

Very good breakfast. Located next to the beach with private sunbeds for the guests of the hotel. The staff are very kind and friendly people. They are always ready to help you with what you need. There are exchange office just in front of the hotel. 7/11 as well.

Price of Campari. Spirit/mixer selection could be better. Breakfast is quite expensive if you don't eat a lot. Be nice to have more options for Coffee. The machine was tolerable, but an actual barista would be nice.

Staff and service at the pool bar was friendly and amazing. Seafood restaurant was great. Breakfast ok Room was kept very clean

More fans needed in breakfast area to keep flies and birds better away. A light in the roof in the rooms would be good, and at some point rooms need renovation/modernization. The location of the property is best possible, and that's why it's also important to keep the property at same high standard.

Great location right at the beach, excellent strategy with two beautiful good size poolareas, one naturally targeted for families as well as adults, and other for adults with bar service. The seaside restaurant is very good, and overall staff is service minded in a genuine local way. A tranquil and peaceful property.

...would revisit..... if it wasn't for the gym. A tiny room, over crowded if four people enters. It's a material downside to anyone keen to combine holiday with excercise.

Couldn't really wish more for breakfast, a wide selection of everything from full english to asian style, and amazing omelets by friendly chefs on top. We had breakfast for hours after early morning runs on the beach, and felt life is pretty good. Good mix of guest from all over the world. Friendly staff and sunbeds with beach view without having to occupy them at sunrise. I'd be happy to revisit this place....

The air conditioner in the room works loudly. Small gym. The trainers are old. Some of them are broken. Massages in the hotel area are of poor quality. Smoked salmon should be eaten for breakfast. Fish is missing for those who don't eat meat.

Almost no children, perfect for adults only Germans, English, Scandinavians live in the base A quiet beach There are many restaurants nearby a town with shops and a supermarket next to the hotel

The view from our room was overlooking the top of wooden buildings and could be noisy in the mornings, from the kitchen.

The breakfast was great, and the pool was lovely. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly.

Really hard to get a sun lounge by the pool.

This was a great place to start our holiday in Phuket. Quiet and lovely facilities. The teenaged loved the pools and buffet breakfasts. The Thai massage in the resort was one of the best I had all trip and I had a lot!

Big swimming pool, nice and calm location, nice interior with some ethnic style decisions. Very lovely New Year Eve preparation.
