Accommodation itself was very spacious, comfortable bed, room cleaned daily to high spec.

Staff had poor English and unusually for Thailand, were not overly smiley. There was confusion about a booking on arrival which was not clearly explained; essentially they had not processed a previous booking.com cancellation! Entertainment was French based only, so felt excluded.

Nice location further up the Khao Lak strip on a quieter part. Lots of small bars and eating places along the beach. The Pool Villas were private, sizeable and very comfortable.

In theory the beach of the hotel is really wide so you could find a quiet spot. Unfortunately only on the right side by the pool area the beach gets cleaned. On the other side the hotel is not really taking care of removing dirt or the needles from the trees. It would be amazing if the hotel would do that and define this as „quiet beach part“ for those guests who really like to enjoy silence. On the other side by the pool the sunbeds are very close to each other and if you are surrounded by guests who like to talk it is hard to find a quiet space.

The hotel still is very nice. The bungalows are spacious and quiet, the garden is beautiful. Pool area is huge and well maintained.

Amazing Resort direct at the beautiful beach. Rooms are spacious and super cozy. Staff and service are excellent. The pool is so amazing and the breakfast is very good. We had a great time in Beyond Resort.

The resort is beautiful. The room was perfect es huge. The staff was so helpful. The breakfast was awesome, we really loved the fresh fruits and the local cuisines also. The beach is perfect and so peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The food was not so great at the hotel restaurant. The local restaurant on the beach was however super awesome ( and cheaper )

The only thing that you would expect from a luxury resort like this and the beyond did not provide is, more comfy beds and pillows. Otherwise everything was perfect.

the approach and the pools . the staff were not very helpful and didn’t use common sense when all the power went out - we nearly missed a day trip we booked . also there wasn’t many apologies when I had a rat in my room and the curtains broke - in fact they never fixed them

the pool was nice but was completely dominated by one eu nation - who were all so grumpy. it’s for old people who are afraid to go to Thailand (for some reason) and stay in the hotel the whole time. Thailand isn’t for that it’s for seeing the culture - that type of holiday is Mexico - by the pool all day. Khao lak is t that nice either - I’ve been all over Thailand - there isn’t anything to do and the markets are inferior.
