Poor excuse for a gym, only a treadmill. Breakfast was not included and very expensive.

Hotel itself was well maintained and pleasant to look at. Cute little cafe on property and nice pool. Short walk to Old Town. Nothing bad to say about the room.

The mattresses in my room were a very firm. the AC is either on or off, the temperature thermostat doesn’t seem to have an impact on temperature. Missing outdoor lounge chairs other than few regular chairs by the pool. The gym equipment is missing major tools such as handles for the cable machine, basically not usable.

Nice pool, clean, room overlooking the pool, breakfast nice enough, very close to the main bus terminal, not far from the main touristy streets. Every staff person was very friendly and helpful. The small cafe is convenient.

Toilet was leaking and rusty. Staff not particularly friendly and felt looked down upon as backpackers.

My room got locked at noon and I could not get in even though I had paid for late check out. Fixed at reception but a nuisance because the hotel is set out in a number of separate buildings so it is lift down, past the pool, past all the actors down ramps, outside, up ramps, through the building and then back again. There's short cuts to out the street though. I had to keep my curtains closed for privacy as anyone walking along the other corridor looked straight into my room. There was a surprising amount of noise and banging from ?the cleaners but only during the day. The night was very peaceful.

Location great, 1 minute to Terminal 1 bus which is what I wanted. Walk to night market. Friendly staff. Gave me a 5pm checkout (from 12) for about extra 30% of room rate. Room was clean, bed was amazingly comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Aircon good. Breakfast had a good spread but mostly not to my taste. There was what looked like a nice co-working space with kitchen but that was not available to me because it had many actors and actresses getting prepared for a show and others sprawled around. I wondered if the hotel might usually allow you to use the facilities for a while after check out rather than get a late checkout. The pool in block 3 looked beautiful although I did not go into it (too many actors in the vicinity and some kid showing off spitting in it). The other pool I could not work out how to get in. I did not use room service but menu and prices looked good.

The bed was so hard and on an angle not comfortable at all.

The coworking space is big enough, however the WiFi is not super fast. if you work with your own sim is fine. They could improve that. They could also offer some touristic information

We have stayed 20 night. The buffet was great, the room was big and comfy. Water, Tea and coffee is included everyday. The city center is 10 min walk and the bus station is one min walk (Airport bus arrives here). There is a pier 8 min by car. if you want to stay long term and work remotely is a good option.

The bathroom needs some repairs and a deep cleaning (toilet). Breakfast was OK, but it would be better if there was real coffee available rather than crystal-based. Lastly, not necessarily the fault of the property, but we asked for a quiet room, and there were people slamming the heavy doors and yelling in the halls until past midnight, and then again at 7AM.

Staff were good, shower had good pressure, and beds were very comfortable. The bigger pool was very nice, too.

Laminate floor are quite old (peeling off) and sticky. Hotel did not provide slipper so, I did not feel OK walking barefoot in the room.

Location, the hotel is near old town Phuket where many tourist attractions places are located. Many local restaurants and coffee shops available within walking distance.
