Would like a little more transportation, as it is a big place, but very accommodating. Breakfast was a little chaotic, felt that it could’ve been more organized.

The pickleball courts need to be resurfaced so they are proper courts. Also, it would be lovely to have a cover over the courts.

The grounds are beautiful and there are many activities from which to choose.

A few things could be improved: get new bicycles to get around the hotel, close the gap between the ground and the entrance doors of the room (it is an invitation for critters to enter, the hotel is in a very natural place).

Very nice and beautiful hotel. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was great with cold clean aircon, a nice bathtub and a very large patio to chill. The food at the restaurant was EXCELLENT!! The gym is great as well if you care.

Unable to swim in the sea despite being a ‘beachfront’ hotel. It seems Thai government built concrete stairs on the beach to prevent erosion. Too dangerous as it looks slippery.

I loved swimming in the pool but it needs to be cleaned intensively (tiles/bottom of pool), very few restaurants nearby, however there is a food market just 2 min walk

Most parts of the hotel are built with woods, it can feel a little scary at night, but day time the atmosphere is great. This is my personal liking, but wooden floor od furniture make me feel skeptical about cleanliness. However, the room is clean and comfortable.

The place is clean. Bed is comfortable. Most comfotable bed and best sleep in Pranburi area. Nice and quiet. There are seaview rooms, even though there's a road in between the hotel and the beach, it's worthy of the price. Staffs are helpful and when we asked for anything it came really quick. They provide iron for us to borrow. Mosquitoes situation was not bad during our stay. Didn't get to try food at the hotel though.

The staff is service minded and kind. Only one tiny thing is we asked to book and play archery, and the staff told us no need to book. At the time we decided to go, it was fully booked.

Beautiful big rooms in nice green surroundings! Plenty of facilities and free activities. The restaurant (The Pavilion) served excellent food and the staff was super friendly 👍

The staff are exceptional and so lovely, the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, and the breakfast is fantastic. The gym has been extended and is really great - as is the library which is peaceful and a good place to get some work done.
