I can't put my suitcase to the locker the location really far from the Patong area and i coming to Phuket for the patong area not had hot water in thr shower

Stayed in room 206, the door catches on the floor when opening due to a spot not being level. Door also needs to be properly pushed for to securely close. I woke up some days with the door not closed due to others not closing it correctly. Both need to be fixed ASAP. In general walls are very thin, can hear peoples full conversations in the hall/ and every door close.

Pool/ staff/ location were fab.

Need better lighting in the dorm. Too dark. If you return in the evening you can't see well enough. Perhaps lighting in the lockers? And perhaps a shelf in the lockers. Also a bin in the dorm separate from the bin in the toilet - or maybe bins in the corridors? The curtain was too small for my bed. More sun loungers and more chairs in the communal area, not just stools.... But hey, all that I have suggested is personal preference.

The bed is probably the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. Not an issue for me personally but a bit of an FYI.

Rooms have a cool layout and the whole hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff are nice and everything went very well.

Everything was 10/10 apart from the bed, it was no different from sleeping on the floor, the mattress was rock solid, however, this is usual in Asia and there were 2 very soft pillows for each person to make up for it. the walls were paper thin, we heard someone being sick all night, and you can hear people talking but it usually goes quiet after 12am.

The hotel staff were so so kind, the hotel is modern and clean and the lobby smells amazing! there is free fruit ( mangos, passion fruits, oranges and bananas) with coffee every day from 7-3:30. The pool is more of a “cooling down” space, you can’t swim but it’s great to take a break from tanning on the multiple sunloungers. The room was really cool, the upstairs bedroom area was good and there were so many plug sockets. Staff clean the room and make the beds up every day. Supermarket and shopping centre right outisde as well as the Indie food market with live music from wednesdays - sundays . 10 minute walk from bars and restaurants in the old town.

At night and early morning can be very loud, every time someone closes a door it feel like someone is slamming the door in your room, they should add some damper to every door and it will make a big difference.

Very close to everything, clean and friendly staff, swimming pool it’s only 1mt deep so basically you can only sit in it, but still nice to escape the heat. you can rent a bike directly at the hostel, it’s more expensive but I rather leave my passport to them as deposit.

The bathroom was very exposed and heated like a greenhouse - an additional air con unit and “one way” windows would improve it substantially. The walking shower drain was blocked which led to the bathroom completely flooding every day. We mentioned this to staff several times but it was addressed. There were tiny bugs all over the “desk” and coffee station - we killed them with some repellent.

Great location right next to the night market. It had a nice pool and staff were nice. The gallery room was spacious and had nicer decor.

The location of this hotel was perfect, close to the Old Town and lots of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpfull and we really liked our room, espacially the kids liked the bunk beds.

The bathroom smelled a bit moist and the walls are thin. We woke up at five because of people talking in the reception, which sounded like it was next to our bed.

space gets a little too cramped with 4 people and not enough place to open the suitcases. After the shower the bathroom is a bit flooded and takes time to dry even with the fan. the place is so moist, the wet clothes do not dry. the toilet was leaking on the floor a bit. 2nd floor ceiling are very low, even hit the head once.

free coffee, cookies and fruits in the morning, working bar with coctails all evening, kitchen with free filtered water. Good location, friendly staff. Comfy beds.

The size of the bathroom and toilet in our room was a bit too small.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was within reach of old town attractions and close to a supermarket and there was a night market for every night of our stay meaning food and shopping was very accessible. Good value for money paid. We had complimentary snacks in our room as well as a gift for valentine's day so they really paid attention to detail.

There is only 1 bunk bed below the rest 3 on top. The pool doesn’t look well kept (not very clean) and there are mosquitoes around - please bring along mosquitoes repellent. We noticed that most of the Grab drivers seems unable to locate the hostel easily.

There is laundry and dryer service at 40 baht only. There is a mall nearby around 5 mins with Tops supermarket, McDonalds, food court. You could walk to the Old Phuket Town in around 15 mins. Very convenient especially since it’s usually very jam within the area.

This wasn’t a problem for us but there was a lizard in our room and quite a few in the kitchen at night. Not a problem but just be aware if you are scared of reptiles!

We just booked into this property for one night before a flight from Phuket airport but we had such a nice time that we would have loved to stay longer. Phuket old town was lovely and the location of the hotel was great. We stayed on a Friday night and there was a great little indie market with food, cocktails and live music in the evening. We also liked the pool and our room was comfortable.

Not really a hostel vibes, for solo traveler it can be difficult to meet people. My suggestion for improvement would be to offer “ice breaker” activities in the evening. Such as game night, pub crawl, pool party, ect…

The bathroom was a little small, there was no counter space to keep your toiletries. Otherwise there was a nice amount of storage space considering the size of the room.

The staff was very helpful and we liked the interior style. The pool was also very nice and there were pool towels for guests to use. There were even complementary snacks in the room. The location was superb, it was in front of the night market and a small mall and there were plenty of very nice restaurants around. It was also just a short walk away from the old town centre.
