No cheese at breakfast(( Not enough bashes (green wall) around villa (as there is no real wall around), so it’s not private/secluded 100%. People passing by villa can see how you enjoy your swimming or sunbathing. Dinner menu is for fish lovers actually, not much options for popular European or even Thai dishes. There only latex pillows, no normal ones.

It is very far out from town and attractions so transport is an issue.

We would have loved to have kitchen facilities, i.e., microwave and/or hob, but completely understand why they want people to eat at their cafe. It is just our preference.

Loved everything about Bor Saen Pool Villa. It has to be the most beautiful setting I've ever stayed in. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The cafe food was delicious and so reasonably priced.

Housekeeping let it down a little, arrived to an unclean villa and on day 3 she cleaned up and it wasn't any cleaner

The place is absolutely stunning! Staff are fantastic and very helpful 😀 lots to do and food and drink very good and great prices, villas are very spacious and both the pool in the villa and the outdoor pool by the cafe are fab, in a remote location but there's so much to do here it's been an absolute pleasure I wish we could've stayed longer

Beautiful location and grounds with a stunning mountain backdrop. The villa with private pool was great, very big with two separate buildings and a nice secluded private pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us arrange taxis etc. and I was very grateful that they allowed us to modify our booking due to a medical emergency.

This isn’t a poor reflection on the property as it’s partly the lack of consideration of the fellow guests. We only stayed for one night so I don’t want to be unfair to the property in how I word this. However, the one potential negative here was a karaoke machine in the restaurant that was unnecessarily loud and not conclusive to a nice peaceful final evening meal in Thailand. But some might like this, just not for us.

Quite incredible landscape, really comfortable room. Lots of facilities. Very kind staff. I would recommend this as a nice environment to spend some time and explore some of this area.

It’s always pleasure to stay there. The view is picturesque, the villa is comfortable, the staff is friendly and kind, the dishes at the restaurant is tasty and arroi mak-mak. Our daughter is very happy about this place as well and she had a cozy crib brought by the staff. Gonna visit it again soon.

Although the food was generally good the European/American breakfast was a bit limited.

We stayed 3 nights at Bor Saen Villa and thoroughly enjoyed it. The site is beautiful, built around lakes with a backdrop of the limestone mountains and the grounds are well maintained,it is an ideal place to relax, so tranquil and peaceful. There are some lovely hiking trails amongst the stunning surrounding scenery. The villas are spacious, private and comfortable with private pools, there is also a large pool on site. The food in the onsite restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous although the language is a problem at times.

Rooms are tired and need updating. But they are in the process of doing this.

Location is amazing in the limestone rock mountains and hills with caves and waterfalls to explore. Bicycles and scooters onsite, pool with slide, plenty of activities.

It’s situated a long way from Phang nga and is difficult to get to. Tips for hotel: loungers by the communal pool would be good and towels are starting to look tired so new towels would also be good. It’s really hard to access tours and things to do from your hotel and you could link up with a local tour company which would be beneficial for the guests and bring in some extra income for yourselves
