Not close to many things, walk 20 minutes to night market at City Walls.

The friendliest staff! Big spacious and modern room with balcony, good air conditioning. Lovely pool with areas to relax around it too. Decent breakfast with hot options available from a menu

The lighting in the bathroom needs to be improved. There ia another hotel in town with a similar name which caused confusion for tuk tuk drivers. Not keen on the location of the property.

Staff were friendly. I had a good sized room with a balcony. Well priced. Really good pool.

The owner was great. Arranged all our tours with discounts and was a very nice person in general. Room was clean and good. Location is bit from the center but everything is quite reachable.

This is a great new hotel, with great rooms, very nice pool area and lovely staff. The location is great of you are going to or from the airport and old town is close by. The value for money is incredible, highly recommended.

Charging points in the rooms may need updated, as my adapter would not stay in the socket. Minor issue though as it would work with an object to support the weight of my adapter.

The most amazing stay at Boss Hotel! The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The room was cleaned daily by their lovely cleaners who always did a fantastic job. We were given fresh towels and bottled water every day. The pool was really clean and super refreshing. You could order tasty home cooked food and drinks from the kitchen. They have bikes you can hire easily so we went off exploring one day (deffo recommend going to the river cafes) The hotel is in a perfect location, about a 5/10 minute walk outside of the old town so it close walking distance but quiet and peaceful away from all the hustle and bustle. There are 7/11s close by and cafes etc. The hotel itself was fantastic but the staff were really what made it! The manager on the front desk is the most lovely friendly guy we have met, he made us feel so welcome and he felt like a friend by the end. You can tell the staff are happy because they are always smiling and laughing, there’s a really chilled atmosphere at the hotel which was really nice. We stayed during Songkran festival so the owners of the hotel were staying and they are such a lovely family, they couldn’t do enough for us and made our experience in Chiang Mai unforgettable. We can’t thank them enough and will definitely return and recommend Boss hotel to our friends.

The king room with balcony that I booked as per hotel description in Booking.com is not the king room that I got. As per description the king room was supposed to have a balcony with view of the pool and complimentary access to Executive Lounge. What I got was entirely different. Raised the issue with front desk. They did not agree.

Cannot fault anything. Would recommend this place for all who want to stay close to Suvarnabhumi airport.

Shower wouldn’t drain - after one shower you had to wait over 12 hours for the water to be gone. Would make a massive difference to u clog drain. It meant whoever showered second had to shower in the previous persons water.

Staff attempted to open to the door with it locked and do not disturb sign on while we were in the room in the day. This was resolved quickly with a great member of staff at the hotel explaining to the cleaners. Some staff slightly overbearing at times and we felt rude if we didn’t want to engage in chit/chat or games.

Quiet location relative to the centre of Chiang Mai. Great coffee and restaurant locations nearby. Super helpful staff in setting up day trips and organising things with a discount applied too if you book with the hotel. Pool table and ping pong table we weren’t expecting to be there was an added bonus. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing.

Room was very clean and big comfortable beds fridge, clean towers and room made daily. Swimming pool was amazing to cold down the 40/42°C xD Common areas with ping pong table and pool table. Staff was nice and helpful Breakfast really good We booked for 5 nights and expanded to 8 in total xD

The bathroom needs a bit more renovation. Mosquito nets can be a very good idea as there are many mosquitoes.

Extremely good service. They offered us lunch and ride to the airport. The room was very big. The pool is very clean and refreshing.

This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are so beautiful!! The food is great and the room very clean. The breakfast has menu so you can choose an American or Asian dish. The stuff is soooooooo kind!!!! Also Ek from the stuff is the perfect man for manager of the hotel!!! He gave us information about the city and also tips for Chiang Rai (the white and blue temples must go). He is so friendly and his jokes are perfect🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

the aircon is very noisy and in our room you could here the people outside/ in neighbouring rooms loudly, but earplugs sorted the issue

The staff were lovely and very helpful, they recommended and helped us book activities, and offered us free food on arrival as well as discounted taxi fairs. The hotel has a nice feel to it with a clean pool, a pool table and table tennis table. The room was a decent size with comfy beds and the location was ideal

Absolutely lovely guest house, Mr Eak the owner is just amazing super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, best beds we slept in on our holiday. Lovely clean swimming pool. Great free Breakfast, tea coffee and water available free all day. Pool table, table tennis table available also free. Quiet area only 10 minutes walk to the old town. 7/11 and other shops within 5 minutes walks. Definitely the best place we stayed in North Thailand.
