The room, as I expected, had no window but even with the efficient AC, felt somewhat claustrophobic. It was an interesting experience but I probably would arrange my flights better next time to have an overnight stay at a proper hotel with an ensiute bathroom.

I had over 7 hours to wait before boarding two forthcoming long international flights when I knew I'd suffer with lack of sleep so booked here to try to get a short sleep. My single room. (they are all single) was, as you would expect, in a 'box', with a wide and comfortable single bed, duvet and pillow, AC, two lights, a bedside table, free WiFi, a Thai charging socket (but you can rent an adaptor from the reception) and a bottle of drinking water. I was happy to leave my baggage on the room while visiting the bathroom across the concourse as I had my own electronic room key.

Aircon was quite loud- turned it off to fix the issue :) It is landside, so you must go through immigration to get there. No bathrooms, though there are public ones not too far away.

Very quiet, clean. Has a wakeup call reminder 15 mins before end of time.

Just payment issue, everything else was good

Everything was good, but they didn't charge my card which was linked to booking account and instead my mom had to pay at reception (I made a booking for my mom).

The toilets are… not great. I had read many other peoples reviews and assumed it would still be fine enough. I recommend you using a bathroom inside the airport (before leaving immigration) if you can. Also, yeah, it’s just outside of immigration on the basement floor, which is something I didn’t realise at the time of booking. It wasn’t too bad of a process, but something to be mindful of (as you will need time to process back through immigration - be careful not to miss your next flight!)

The room was small but not claustrophobic. It had good lighting and aircon options. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked well. Front staff were friendly and helpful - complimentary water.

I've stayed here before and was happy to return. I had an early morning flight and wanted to sleep for a few hours before travelling onto Bangkok. Staff are friendly and efficient. Great location same level as the train which takes you into Bangkok for 45 THB (quicker than travelling by taxi). Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is two minutes walk away.

It was difficult to locate the hotel from the airport terminal. It's closer to the train station.

The little room was perfect for a quick nap after 23 hours of travel.

This place needs a toilet of its own. We went to the nearest public one early morning at 6am and it had not been cleaned from the day before. No toilet paper, no hand towels (only fabric ones!), and it was just not clean. I was with a younger child so we made use of our own tissue/hand sanitiser.

Quiet spot with comfortable beds. The rooms are sound and light proof which was great for my stay with a child.

You get what it is. Expensive but nice and clean small hubs on the airport, to catch some hours of sleep.
