The bed was very hard (I don't like it), the cleanliness was not enough for my taste, the air conditioner dripped, the water in the shower didn't go down properly, we could have asked to fix everything but we didn't have the energy for a technician.

The room is large and spacious, a large and pleasant balcony in front of the sea (near the port), location really close to the port and all the places around

She tried to give us a room without a balcony area but when booking it said there was one. Eventually she put us in a room on the top floor with a huge terrace. The stairs getting up to the rooms are very, very steep. The noise from the boats is quite loud in the morning.

The view of the harbor is lovely and the room was comfortable.

The wifi on the top floor was almost nonexistent. It was difficult to send important emails. Has signifacant stairs to climb making this trip with my friend of 70 years old challenging to go up and down. Maybe say that on the website, (perhaps I missed it...) Maybe just a handrail would help.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, truly! Good price, cold A/C, great location for a dive trip so close to the Dock each morning. Rented 3 rooms for 6 days. Would stay here again if I return to Koh Tao. Would just bring my own wifi hotspot.

There is not usually anyone on reception and I needed to call a number, I could imagine this would not be possible for some. But she came very quickly after I called.

Was just what I was looking for. Basic but clean and nice. I was out all day and just needed a place to stay, put my things and feel safe. It was very close to the ferry port and to Black Turtle Dive, where I was doing my scuba courses. Perfect for me.

the cleanliness, the room i touch is like it hasn't been cleaned in a week or never cleaned, there was dust on the furniture, stains on the mirrors, the toilet a bit dirty, i didn't complain because i needed to stay but i hope they can improve that.

It is very close to Tapee pier and the center of Khao Sok

The property had a few unsettling structural cracks, while the staff, although nice, were generally non-existent.

NO CLEANING for five days. We had to put out the trash in front of the door ourself and buy toilet paper and clean a bit ourself to not live like messis.. Loud working noises during the day and loud Party Musik until 4 in the morning

Our shower kept leaking and flooding the room.

Spacious room, comfy bed. Perfect location right next to the pier - however very quiet if you want to party, the night life is about a 25 minute walk.

One of two lights in the bathroom unfortunately didn’t work and the shower head couldn’t be hung up as its holder was broken.

Lovely roof terrace overlooking the pier / port with beautiful sunset views and a lovely seating area. Nice beds / room also.

Despite some older reviews stating that the rooms are not clean, our room was very clean. There is even an option to have your room cleaned every day on request. The host is very friendly. Great location near the port where all activities (diving, snorkeling tour,...) start.
