The breakfast was genuinely terrible. The place looks like a proper 4 star hotel and the rooms are matched but the breakfast currently during renovations is comparable to an awful hostel breakfast. They are currently renovating and while there is little to no noise or nuisance as a consequence which is amazing you can feel that the place is massively understaffed and operating far below its potential. The location is rather disappointing, you are 30 minutes away from everything and the river boats stop approx. 2-3km away from the hotel. If you are looking for check-in never leave then check out tourism it might be good but if you want to move a little, just grab a coffee at a cafe etc. you will feel like you're at the edge of nowhere. Once they are fully operational I guess this will change.

The rooms are spacious, well laid out, are in good condition and the bed is very comfortable. They're truly excellent and for 60-90 USD they are incredible value. The kind of rooms that would usually cost twice as much or more.

It's shabby in some areas, after COVID closure, so very understandable. They are undertaking large renovations which should restore it to its former glory.

The location is perfect for relaxing by the river. Beautifully laid out and surrounded by greenery and nature. Always interesting watching the river life and traffic as well as enjoying sunsets. The food is adequate, but the atmosphere more than makes up for any perceived lacks. Lovely staff too. Prices were reasonable at the time of year we travelled.

Location not quite as convenient as I'd thought for Don Mueang airport but I should have checked more thoroughly before booking. Beds a little hard for my liking.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice big room and good size bathroom with big shower. Nice breakfast included. Not in a touristy area (which I thought was good).

the property is under renovation, noisy & messy. the room we had booked (Deluxe Riverview) overlooked a pool under renovation. We had to change rooms and had no view. the hotel was not well maintained, shabby & dirty. looked good in photos but not for us!

The breakfast was not so good but I Have to say my standards are pretty high so I take that into account . So I am not going to be too critical on that aspect . I will still come back to you. I just want plain scrambled eggs on toast with a bit of chilli.

I actually wasn't happy with the breakfast but I understand it was low season and so no buffet which I prefer. However the pool villa was amazing and I highly recommend it . Room service was excellent . We ordered a couple of Gin tonics and tequila shots and it was no problem . I will definitely stay here next time . It was an ideal location for us as I was getting a bamboo tattoo not far away. I only have this to say they have many rooms and a massive swimming pool but if you want a romantic time with your partner get the pool Villa . Staff were excellent and English was was good . I do speak a little Thai but not as good as I would like .This hotel Is an oasis in the middle of a local town . Book it .

No buffet breakfast...had the same menu options for all 3 days. The reason they gave was the hotel guest where less. But till we pay the room charges full without any discount because of no buffet breakfast right??

Quite and safe place to relax which is away from the city rush. This property is only for the people who are looking for relaxing and not for the people who expect to shop around or sightseeing near by. Riverside restaurant is a nice chilling spot with good food. Staff's are very helpful.

we stayed in the pool villa and loved it - beautiful and comfortable, and the two main pools were amazing too. the staff were all really lovely to us and our 20 month old twins, providing cots and helping us book taxis to visit Koh Kret a nearby man-made island famous for its pottery
