How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very clean and large room with enough space for the kids to play. We received a lot of free drinking water aswell which was really awesome. The room had 2 rooms which were connected by a door and each room had its own AC. Sadly, the safe was already locked when we arrived so we couldn't keep our things inside.

The cafe downstairs was (temporarily?) closed.
Friendly and helpful staff (arranged a taxi to Erawan for us). Clean, quiet. Large room.

Very need and beautiful, anything you can ask for. The breakfast is huge and wonderful. At the entrance they have complementairy coffee and tea and always something freshly baked. A perfect accommodation.

Only drawback is that is it not very well isolated and we could hear a lot of noise from the street at night
The staff was super helpful friendly and can help to organize transfer etc . The room was huge and super tidy ans very nicely furnished !

The shower was perhaps a bit outdated and not very well isolated; the cooled room warmed up quickly and sounds from outside, such as birds and crickets, could be heard in the room as if there were no windows. But that was easily solved with earplugs.
Great breakfast, incredibly nice staff, lots of free amenities such as snacks and water. The room was big and comfortable.

Nothing to complain about. Room was large and well cleaned. Shower was great.
So clean and well maintained. Couldn't believe 7 years old business looking almost new. Plenty of restaurants and live music bar only 100 metres away. Staff friendly and efficient.

I would have preferred a kettle in the room instead of boiling water downstairs. Hard to take paper cups of tea upstairs ! Balcony was small and only useful for drying clothes.
Location was excellent, as was the breakfast.

Really good size room with everything you need. Plenty of fresh water everyday and the staff are amazing. Fresh water, tea coffee and choice of snacks free in the reception area. The owner even gave us a sandwich each and cake for our onward bus journey which was so lovely. Felt like a nice hotel rather than a homestay

Nothing at all.
Staff were so polite and helpful. They only had service and comfort in mind. Lots of parking space, clean hotel. They were unlimited snacks and cool water available for guests. Room was super comfortable with again complimentary snacks and fridge with water bottles. Room had all the basic things of microwave, utensils, bathroom clean and tidy with toothbrush/paste, soaps etc etc. bed was clean and had additional clean towels. We requested no cleaning necessary as we went out for a hike and in return waster bottles, towels, soaps, snacks, etc were put at the door for us. Super impressed with the staff and management. The staff cannot speak English but were always smiling and helpful. The location is very near to good restaurants, bars and convenience stores.

The only thing was the nearby restaurant had very loud music playing and it was hard to sleep,but that’s all!
Very comfortable and there was even free food!!!(water sandwiches and and snacks)My daughter loved it!!!Decor was also nice they are all jigsaw paintings.
