Amazing view of the ocean. Details like choose the smell of your soap and shampoo when check in. Coconut water at pool bar with the hotel logo stamped. Great place!

Staff at pool bar area never very friendly which always surprises me (but they're probably tired of dealing with demanding foreigners!).

Amazing views, room was a great size, bed was really comfy (firm, which we like), great pool area, breakfast buffet had lots of different options. Good location - no direct access to beach but it's just a short 10-min walk to the main Kamala Beach. Staff at check-in, restaurant and cleaning were lovely.

A bit out of town. Walkable but only just. You wouldn't do it often. Minimal hotel provided shuttle service and taxi fares exorbitant for the short distance. I hired a motorbike as I had done before for the trip to the beach and town. If you're not up for the trip to town, the food at the resort is very expensive.

Lovely room and view. Very much liked the smaller ocean view pool. Attractive resort. Excellent rooftop bar including food and view.

The Isole restaurant and Vanilla Skybar were always nearly empty due to the high prices and mediocre food.

Oh, starting from the staff, not helpful. It’s not easy to get to the rooms, I finally managed to upgrade my room ( payed extra) to a better room located not far from the main building.

One of the staff (didn’t get the name) at Vanilla Sky Bar was super rude. He made faces while taking our order and was not helpful. Other two staff were nice and friendly.

The lobby is gorgeous and the sea view room was nice as well with the tub outside.

The hotel reservation team did not honor the promise of preparing a piece of birthday cake as responded in their email. A room for improvement.

Good location if you want privacy away from the crowds but still a short walk or shuttle to the beach area.Excellent views, tranquil poolareas and quality food. City hotel feeling with a nice rooftop. Hotel is fresh and shiny with the best seaview. Perfect for couple quality time.

Gym could have done with a bit of an upgrade. Towels needed to be cleaned and returned more quickly and whole gym cleaning. Larger pool and more sun loungers would have been a bonus. Maybe an adult only hotel - as no children's pool or area - so could be frustrating for adults that wish to totally relax

Lovely spacious room - especially with the bath on the balcony which made for lovely evening sunset chilling/relaxing sessions over looking the sea. Breakfast was amazing.

Most of the shower towels were stained and we had to ask to change them almost everyday. Housekeeping didn't clean the room properly.

The staff were really kind and friendly. The food at the hotel was really great. The room, swimming pool, and view were awesome.

The TV that turned on automatically every time I entered the room - playing the same song over and over again! It wasn't a huge problem though.

I felt very welcome and comfortable in the hotel. I was travelling alone and thought this was the perfect place to return to after a long day exploring Phuket. The elevated location had beautiful views of Kamala Bay. A real oasis of calm and tranquility. I loved it.
