Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We were celebrating a birthday - the staff were lovely and helped make it a very special occasion. Staff were very helpful suggesting trips etc. Breakfasts were excellent.

IsraelThe design of the room is so so. For example, the stares are steep, lighting in the room, which is managed by "smart" buttons, is almost impossible to understand. The bathtab is way too big, and hot water run out when the bathtab is 25% full.
Overall, the room is very pleasant to stay in. There's a lot of space and privacy. Locationwise, the hotel is very close to beautiful beaches. The staff was not only friendly, but very helpful with tour booking and COVID related procedures.

Czech RepublicThe buildings need a lot of external renovations, the place looks tired, we were given two free massage vouchers on arrival as an apology for 2 days work being carried out on the accommodation, this would have been great but they massage place was fully booked so we didn’t get chance to use them.

Switzerlandhotel buildings are run down and looks very old although the night costs USD 200. toilet looked very old. would have been nice to get upgraded room since there were only very little people.
we liked the proximity to the sea and the stylish architecture, very comfortable bed, live music and good smoothies.
