The minute we walked through the doors we felt right and home and wished we had booked for longer. The hosts were super friendly and always made sure we were enjoying our stay in Khao Lak. The beds were very comfortable, the aircon worked well, room was clean and the fridge was restocked with bottled water daily. The breakfast was great with eggs, nice breads to choose from, pastries and more fruit than we could possibly eat! The hotel is in a great location amongst lots of restaurants and bars, and close to the markets. This hotel was great value for money and I would definitely recommend it to others. Huge thank you to the lovely hosts!

Only thing I could say was bed was extremely squeaky so didn't have the best sleep but other than that couldn't fault it

A nice hotel in a great location at Khao Lak. The host is very sweet and helped me with everything I needed. I even had a problem with the AC and she fixed it in the middle of the night. The breakfast is superb. Would definetely stay here again!

It seems like it’s an older building but we were not too bothered.

The most amazing hostess!!! She really took care of us from the very second we arrived. Great location to markets, pub and restaurants. Overall a really great place to relax since it’s not too hectic with tourism’ and have lots of cute restaurants and pubs. It’s a little walk to the beach but that’s a minor. The breakfast was unbelievable good with several type of fruits and eggs as you like or musli. The bed was also very nice (not hard and not too soft) - maybe the best we had in Thailand!

Incredible place, so comfortable, in town center, the staff was so kind, to do laundry for free full service and so warm and welcoming and compassionate — breakfast was huge, with all kinds of fresh fruit also. Thank you for your kindness.

Nothing that I can think of.

Casacool Hotel is located close to the centre of Khao Lak with everything in easy walking distance. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was adequate and comfortable and the breakfast was served outside in the shade. Very good with lots of homegrown fruit with a choice of egg dishes and pastries available.

Everything about this stay was so great. Personally service, good room with air on and fan. Free laundry, large and super breakfast, cleaning daily, new towels every day. The hostess offers to bring you to one of the beaches and pick you up also at no cost. The hotel is in the center, although a bit away from noisy street and. All you need is within walking distances. The hospitality is so big here. Also considering the rate of the room this is the highest value we ever experienced during our travel in Thailand over 3 months. We stayed for 5 nights at Casacool and we will definitely come back. The hotel and the area is fantastic

Great personalities of the host and her sister. They were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with a large diversity of tropical fruits. There was also a free laundry service and a free shuttle to a nice 6km away beach. Thanks so much for everything!

One of my best experiences…these ladies extend the most genuine kindness to make stay enjoyable. The accommodation is clean and although basic had all amenities I needed. Price was similar to others in area however it included breakfast. Definitely recommend and hope to come back myself. 🙏😊

An extraordinary place to stay. Kai and her sister, the owners, extraordinary people, would have done anything to make us feel good. Cleaning every day, bottles of water in the fridge every day, extraordinary breakfast. If we wanted, Kai took us by car every day to another beach in the area. Close to the beach, very good restaurants, market, 7/11. We recommend this accommodation!
