the owner is very friendly, she was singing karaoke when I arrived. the location was perfect! I stayed there just one day, but I would have stay more if I had more time (:

The family room is big, aircon is a bit old, so it took sometimes for the room to become cool.

It's a chill cafe/restaurant, and our room is just upstairs. The owner is so good and friendly. Staffs are helpful too. We can enjoy karaoke at the cafe.

They need a bit more routine/professionalism, then it should be good. Sometimes the sheets were not changed when someone checked in early, the person checking the guest in, simply didn't know if it's changed already or not. (At least that's how it felt when observing it while staying in the room). I Had to ask for a blanket. Had to ask for Aircon to be turned on. Had to ask for door key to get in after restaurant closing time. One of the bunk beds was metal one and a bit flimsy with railings only on one side. No storage/shelf on the top bunk or socket. Only cold shower.

Location is okay. Food in restaurant is also good. You can meet people and connect in the room or restaurant area, not like a hostel but good enough. They have cats in the common area, not allowed in room.(2 cats i think)

Appreciate it if the host/staff could clean the floor and toilet often. The floor in my room is dusty even though they inform me that they have cleaned the room. I hope they could improve on this :)

The location is fantastic with a very helpful host/staff. We arrived far earlier than the check-in time but were able to get to our room by 11 am. Thank you to the host/staff for upgrading our stay to a family room to fit all 4 of us despite we booked 2 different types of rooms.

For the money, it's a great hostel. It has everything a hostel should have; no less, no more (except maybe people, definitely fewer people). A comfy bed, good wifi, clean bathroom, friendly staff. It's a good waylay point before heading south to Malaysia or north to the rest of Thailand. I stayed a night on two separate occasions, and both times had the entire dorm to myself. There was karaoke downstairs one night, but that wasn't too bothersome.

The host is super friendly and accommodating. Strong wifi. I arrived at 6am and the host met me to check in. She also assisted in my transportation coordination.

The bathroom is share with other and no hot water and also no sink for bathroom of my room outside, need go down use other bathroom sink. Important my room don't have key! Can lock but no key due to staff said cannot find the key.

The hotel located good, the room are big for 4 persons.

i love the vibes, they have karaoke, breakfast and i had meet a new friends from different countries.. the owner and their staff was very friendly and helpful. the room also clean and they provide all our needs etc shampoo, soap, towel.. very worth for money. the location just too near with the town, just need walk away less than 10minutes. they’re amazing and will repeat again. i’m very satisfied 🎉 happy new year and may their business growth succeed. very recommended 😉
