The pool water was warmer than expected. During these hot days, you want a cooled water pool.

The rooms, the breakfast buffet, room service, the friendly and helpful staff, the pools and the fact that there is a Starbucks in the hotel! :)

The sewer running through the property was smelling strongly. Staying in pool facing rooms should be better. Our room Balcony was opening on the sewer side and it was smelly at times.

Breakfast was decent. Location was excellent. The lane next to the hotel was really superb. Hotel pool coffee shop had a few Indian food entries. The food was decent too. Overall a good experience

The restaurant was too expensive and the service was not in accordance with that. The river that goes inside the hotel smells bad.

The room was noisy and very humid. The air-conditioning doesn't work properly and it is super super noisy. Air conditioning noisy and rooms poorly insulated so can hear neighbors. The gym is ridiculously small. Price is too expensive for what you get. For half the price I had then a Pullman with better quality food at breakfast and a nicer bedroom with a delicate refined decoration and a huge gym

The Staff is super nice and kind They make sure that you feel comfortable and make sure that you are enjoying a good time. Special thanks to Chan, Breeze, and Amy at the reception. Even if I realized afterwards that there were several Amy at the hotel. Chan arranged a place for me to enjoy my yoga time early in the morning since there was no room at the gym. Then Breeze also set everything up for me in the morning for my yoga session that i do by myself. Mat, air-conditioning, towels for the mat, for me and even a bottle of water in a quiet big room. Amy at the reception was always helpful and tried to make my stay less painful because of the sorrow I had due to the mourning. My dear cherished grand mother died when I arrived in Thailand. The lady at the beach sold us exactly the activity we wanted: real snorkeling Good location for the hotel.

Booked the Deluxe Pool Access Room - the pool is phenomenal. Massive, clean and well thought out. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff go beyond to help make your stay great. Location couldn’t be better. Second time staying here and absolutely love it. Will be back next year

Definitely a family resort. Not for singles or couples. Far too many children screaming at top of their voice all day in pool and often in the breakfast room. It defeats the purpose of a pool access room when kids a screaming all day

The start was not good. We got in at 10am and were informed the room was not ready which we understand considering we were much before the hotel check in time. But considering we had 2 young children with us, the reception staff did not seem to take the extra effort to give us the room asap and we were finally given a room at 2.30pm after multiple reminders.

The location was perfect. Best hotel access to the beach that we saw during the short walk to the town center along the beach. Easy to order drinks and food from your beach chair! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Although we weren't there with young kids, it seemed great for families. The food was excellent with a delicious and diverse breakfast spread. Would definitely recommend and stay again if the opportunity arises!

There was not enough pool chairs to accommodate the number of guest staying at the hotel. It was always a struggle to find a pool chair. The hotel was right in the middle of the pathway by the beach, so non hotel people would walk past the pool area

The hotel is somewhat constrained on the beach, but the surrounding view Is spectacular. Unfortunately this year. swarms of jellyfish mean the provincial government has issued a warning to locals to stay out of the water. This means the beachside road is packed with people. It's not the old Ao Nang - has become developed (which is ok for the local economy). After the peace of Ko Lanta, it felt loud. We had screaming teenagers running around the hotel at gone midnight. Dependent in what you are looking for, choose carefully... The kids club isn't really such - we wanted our son to go for two hours one day so my wife could use the spa and I could go to the gym. I was told to pick him up 40 mins after drop off. When I did he was in a corner watching old kids playing video games, the staff weren't engaging with them. Other people had used time-bounded painting activity, we didn't try that

Very clean with decent sized rooms and a wide menu of buffet-style breakfast. Ate a couple of times at the pool side bar, the food is ok. There is a good value for money spa and a small gym. Plenty of dinner options
