Water park was amazing, staff also super friendly, breakfast was mouthwatering and to top it all up the room was huge. Recommend it for a good family trip or a sweet get away for couples.

It was overcrowded and noisy with tourists coming from abroad who doesn't care about respect the others. They deposit their stuff on transat at swimming pool for full day so quite impossible to find a free seat when u come a little bit later with ur baby. We asked for early checking like 1330 coz our baby has to sleep. Front desk staff was not able to help, so after lunch in the hotel, I asked this time to the manager who find us a bedroom in 5min. Thank u for that.

So, to understand my comment,Ii were there with my wife and 10 months old baby, we live in Bangkok. This is a huge resort dedicated for for families with kids to enjoy the swimming pool and aqua park inside the hotel. Lots of useful facilities like kindergarten that my daughter enjoyed with nice staff. Gym is cool and well equipped. Manager was helpful. It is not a new hotel, but everything is ok, even bedroom. Breakfast was ok for all kind of taste. Bad point for bakery which is not good. It is a common point on many 4-5* hotels in Thailand. Direct access to the beach which is cool. Free parking. walking distance for bars and restaurants.

The coffee shop has been handed over to Starbucks, and quite frankly, the coffee and food was dire and ridiculously expensive. A lot of the electrical equipment in the gym was faulty and out of order expected so much better.

I was not fond of payments with a card being problematic at some points. Food is nothing special, I would expect it to be on a higher level considering the prices. The beach guard upset me.

We took a room with a bathtub on the balcony. Exquisite experience and wonderful vistas. The premises and facilities are fairly good, hotel is clean and very nice.

Slightly dated and a little bit grotty in the hotel communal areas but for an old hotel it's OK... Maybe a bit expensive for Pattaya!

Great location with its own beach and water park type pool facilities which were very good. We had a nice room on the 15th floor with a oval bath in the room overlooking the sea view.. Staff attentive and helpful, overall nice place to stay for a few days.

Explanation of the credit system when paying ahead of time confused more than helped me. Information should be made more clearly.

Great for families as there are many options to choose from in regard to dining and activities. Breakfast had plenty of options and with the various pools, slides, and quick access to the beach, it was a perfect getaway for my family and I. Spa was really nice and while more expensive that outside areas, this wasn't just a massage, it was a spa experience.

Room service was a little pricey and 3 different menus was confusing. You can order food online which is great however I wasn't able to order drinks online so ended up being directed to a seperate menu (that didn't show soft drinks) however I had to call my order through. Finally was shown a "On Demand" Mini Bar Menu and was able to order Via telephone everything we wanted.

Everything a family could need is on site, private beach, choice of restaurants etc etc. Breakfast was great, probably one of the best in Thailand once I found a quiet corner.

The fact that the hotel is rated highly as a family friendly hotel thus there are many guests. The rooms are usually fully booked. Elevators during rush hours can be packed. Dinning area and water park areas are packed. I can see that all the staff are working hard to accommodate everyone.

Great mix of fun and relaxation. Waterslides were great for our 12 year old and we liked relaxing at the beach cafe. In the evening we spent time playing pool, watching soccer on big screens. Cherry on top is the excellent spa facilities and experienced masseuses.

The downside is... the hotel rooms themselves were quite run down, the condition of room facilities made them feel unclean, the a/c was very loud to the point it was interrupting my sleep. The location is also far from central Pattaya.

The pools and beachside facilities were outstanding, great for relaxing with family & friends.

Staff wasn’t good enough and I made a complaint to the manager there because they were having a wedding and a music festival in the garden one night of our stay. Our one year old daughter couldn’t sleep because of this noise. It went on until almost midnight! This is a family hotel and probably 70% of the guests have babies so it’s totally unacceptable to have a music festival in the nighttime. The manager was not professional and didn’t offer me anything except a late check out that we didn’t even need. I was really disappointed and even made a complaint to Booking.com but the hotel never responded

Pool water appears a bit cold at first when you go in, though its not a big deal as you do warm up pretty fast in the sun. However it was disappointing that my daughter could not enjoy the amazing splash water area they have for kids due to extremely cold water, as such I would suggest a bit warmer water running in that park would be a big bonus (considering the hotel was full of kids that area was often empty and I think due to the fact the water is freezing for kids). Variety of food is absolutely amazing, so much to choose from, however as for 5 star hotel the quality of food itself could be a bit better. It was still a very nice food and we enjoyed it, but not 5 start hotel level. staff absolutely nice and friendly and were doing their best, but there were few commutations issues throughout the holidays and few confusions about hotel bills. I dont think it’s necessary due to not professional staff, but more related to cultural differences. I would strongly recommend forbid reserving the sunbeds as by 8 in the morning almost everything reserved so to get a spot you need to be up by 7 to reserve a spot. As well some people reserve a spot but then most of the day are away and only come for few hours throughout the day and most of that time just get in the poool, so such a waste of sunbeds and unfair to people who spend more time there and sit on side while kids splashing in the pool. I think who comes first gets the spot first policy / or if you leave longer than hour you loose the sunbeds policy is the best.

it is absolutely stunning hotel, very beautiful and amazing for families, as so much to do with kids. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious enough. Spa facilities great and amazing service. Absolutely stunning views from balcony, beach area clean and nice. massive variety of choice for breakfast for all tastes. stuff very polite and friendly. absolute love the separated areas near the pool and there are plenty to choose from, just need to ensure to reserve it in advance. There are even fe hidden queet spots around lazy river if would like piece and privacy for the day. There are few areas for improvement, which I listed in the below section, but in general it was absolutely amazing holiday, brilliant hotel and I would def come back if ever will visit Pattaya again.

Overpriced drinks and meals at the hotel pools. You can get a fine if you bring your own food and drinks... We just ate in a restaurant on the beach nearby on the left... you sit there directly by the sea and eat for actual thai prices...Also overpriced spa in a hotel. Like only 18 sunbeds on the beach :( for the whole big hotel....

Spacious room, whirpool bath tub on a balcony, very good wifi (even on the beach), minibar, great location directly on the beach, pools and gardens at the hotel. Enough sunbeds at the pool area. Showers at the pool area.

Every time we used the jacuzzi, there were mold and black flakes that came out. I was very disappointed as I paid extra money to stay in a room with a jacuzzi.

The staff were really nice. I liked that the hotel was right no the beach.
