We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. There are areas of the resort of the resort that need maintenance, which didn’t bother us, but if you are after five star luxury, might be worth noting.

Amazing location, easy access to lots of restaurants, shops and massage. The pools are beautiful and the rooms are large and comfortable. The greenery gives the resort a beautiful tropical feel, we loved it.

The breakfast taste could be improved. There seemed to be staff shortage at the restaurant during breakfast.

The room was big and super clean. The bed was large and very comfy the staff at the reception and the pool were nice. The pool and the beach area was perfect for a sunset scene with a lighthouse in it.

The main pool is like a hot bath. if it is heated, why do that in 35 degree weather. lucky our private pool was much cooler. Menu could be more on offer, westernized foods would be great, not so much Asian , and deep fried.

we had a Deluxe Pool Villa, walking distance to the lovely clean beach. Clean, comfortable and private. Staff excellent, Private pool a big plus.

I find the prices in the beach bar to high and the music is just awful. I think there should be no music at all, there is sea that makes just a perfect sound or soft music in the background. I had to skip the beach sometimes because of some disco played out loud from the hotel bar.

I loved this resort. Personally I think the garden wing is great and you can easily choose it over the time crab wing. Especially if you don’t have the sea view there. Staff was amazing, the manager was great, they have one of the longest swimming pool I’ve seen in the hotel. Rooms super spacious and bright clean. Overall great experience and perfect value for money.

The breakfast buffet is adequate but not great. They do have expresso/cappuccino machines. The beach right in front is not bad, but it’s not the prettiest section because of some rounded rock outcrops and some patches of dark sand, and the water is very shallow. But just a 5 minute walk to the right and the beach gets better, and 5 minutes beyond that even nicer. So not a big deal. No shower gel or shampoo dispensers in the shower. Even 1 star hotels in Thailand that I’ve been to have those.

Large comfortable room, nice bathroom. Pleasant decor but nothing special. Balcony with 2 chairs. I was in the Ocean view wing but couldn’t see the water because of large trees. Just a 5 minute walk to the main road with many restaurants and bars if you cut directly through the property using a service road.

The resort is very large, which implies a lot of walking and climbing a lot of stairs. Furthermore, in spite of the excellent staff, the size of the resort results in a somehow impersonal experience - but this is perhaps just my personal perception of very large hotels.

The location of the resort is excellent, close to a beautiful beach and not far from other atractions. The whole place was very clean and well decorated. There were many facilities, such as two very large swimming pools, a bar, two restaurants, a fitness center, a library - maybe I am forgetting some, as I did not use all of them. My room was very large, with good light, both natural and artificial, allowing to read in bed; the bathroom was excellently disigned, connected with the bedroom through a window that could be closed, and with a shower independent from the bath and its shower. Breakfast had plenty of options, also for vegetarians and vegans; I had dinner twice and the food was not bad, but there is a nearby small restaurant with better food for half the price. The staff is polite and professional, especially so the gentleman in the reception, who speaks good English and helps with any request.

It would have been nice if the pool bar was open, not sure why it wasn’t as there were plenty of guests at the hotel. It would have been nice if the breakfast options changed, it was the same everyday and not the best.

The room was very clean with two double beds, fridge, kettle and a balcony. There are two pool areas, the large pool area was nice and quiet as most guests were by the beach. We enjoyed our days round the pool.

I had an accident : a wooden plate of their wooden bridge broke/felt when i was walking on it and I got injured with my foot going through the wood! Breakfast buffet quality is not so great, but completely OK for the price we paid our nights including breakfast.

Its a fantastic resort, with big rooms, beautiful and big pools (I think one of the pool must be 50 or 75 meters long). Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, beautiful garden, staff very friendly. It's really a great place to go. Beds are very very comfortable.

the doors in the room had spaces in between to the veranda letting in mosquitoes biting me all night unable to sleep was my only flaw. the other thing that was a flaw was the breakfast ended too early and there was not enough vegetarian food or options for breakfast or choice of cereals.

Disappointed that the pools closed at six pm, only one bar open, lacked a bit of atmosphere, better seven years ago when we was last here.

Room 6006 was amazing, bungalow on the beach fantastic, breakfast was ok, great coffee.

Breakfast. One (nor very good) toaster for whole resort. Coffee machines very slow and always needing topping up. Everything that should have been hot was cold. Shame. They need to buy a couple more toasters and sort food warmers out.

breakfast was maybe the worst breakfast i have had in 5-10 years and i stay in 20-25 hotels per year. coffee was good, juice bad, pastry disaster and 3 type of fruit horrible. by the way i am NOT. a foodie. staff at reception barely knows 10 words of english. i have stayed here 4 times and it is really run down, 85% empty and not worth the $600 per night, maybe worth $200. on check out the hotel charged me 400 baht for taxi service that was 2 km away to Baan khaolak resort, horrible. never again unless it is discounted by 70% and NO breakfast included
