It's very hard to understate just how incredibly kind, helpful, and authentic the host Reneta is. The stay, facilities, cutlery, bathroom, bed, towels were all perfect.

Excellent amenities, furniture, decor, solid building. Renata met us outside as we arrived. She walked us to suite. Walked us out to get a motor bike. She ensured that we had everything we could need and more. Above and beyond is an understatement. We stayed a night before getting us in our new place that we pre booked. She's and her husband made our trip here a lot happier.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. One of the things that made our stay so enjoyable was the incredible owner, Renata. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. Secondly, the fact that the hotel has a well-equipped kitchen is a huge plus. The kitchen seems to have everything a guest would need to cook a meal, which is fantastic. Another aspect of the hotel that stands out is the abundance of towels. It's always nice to have plenty of towels available, and it sounds like this hotel has got you covered. The availability of Netflix on the TV is also a nice touch. This is great for guests who want to unwind and watch a movie or TV show after a long day of exploring the city. The pool is a beautiful and relaxing space. Lastly, the gym has everything you need and the AC works well. This is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay.

Only drawback was the pool was under maintenance so was out of service at the time of my stay. Wasn't a necessity, and was informed before my arrival in the event I wished to look at alternatives.

Renata the host was amazing! She was in contact with me long before I arrived, met me at the location (even offered to come by taxi and meet me to ensure I got to the location). Renata was there to answer all questions, and assist in any way possible to ensure my stay was wonderful. The accommodation was great. Very secure location. Room was private and very clean. All necessities were there for the guest, so you really didn't need to bring anything. The location was awesome, close to main areas, nightlife, money exchange, pharmacy, good restaurants, etc. Will not look anywhere else on future visits to Pattaya!

Only downside was not having a daily cleaner but it is a condo and not a hotel so keep on top of it yourself

As always the hostess Renata is super nice and friendly and always offers help for any extra requirements. Our taxi was booked for 14:45 pm and she left us stay at room till that time... I Stayed there one or two times before and definitely will repeat everytime I will go to Pattaya.
