The room was large and well-equipped and the bathroom was enormous. The breakfast is excellent (except for the bacon) and the staff delightful. Location is excellent as a base for looking around. Unfortunately I fell ill halfway through my stay, but I'm glad it was there.

The facility is a bit old. The swimming pool is not very large, yet it’s still ok for swimming awhile.

The location is close to BTS station and ferry, and there are a lot of food stalls nearby. The room is spacious and bed is quite comfortable. There is washing machine inside the room, which is convenient for laundry as it’s so hot in Thailand and we need to wash clothes every day. The drying function of washing machine is not working properly, but luckily there’s a large balcony and we can dry the clothes there.

Old hotel but well maintained. Shower mixer and muslim shower needs to be replaced. We requested for a king size bed but was provided twin beds that made it a bit difficult to sleep.

Mattresses were very firm- we are used to a softer mattress.

Great location- easy walk to pier and ferries, as wellastrainstation. Many shops close by offering food, massages etc as well as street market next door. Enjoyed the complimentary jasmine tea in the lobby area, and thought the room was a great size and good facilities. View of river was a bit disappointing, had to go onto balcony and look hard left to see the river in the distance. High buildings were situated between our room and river so unable to look directly onto river from our room on 12th floor.

The central location made it very easy to get around Bangkok. The view from the balcony was stunning. It was very useful to have a washing machine and little kitchen. It was quiet enough to work in even in the constant buzz of the city.

The lifts had to be used even to travel 1 floor from ground to lower pool area. Also lifts didn’t always correctly register the floor entered.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Location near BTS, and Sathorn pier so easy to travel around city. Supermarket below hotel useful as we were self catering.

Felt a bit impersonal at times, but this is a capital city. No seats on balcony, much of which is taken up by the air conditioning unit.

We booked what was probably the smallest room in the hotel and it was absolutely enormous - felt more like an apartment than a room. Spotlessly clean, comes with a kitchen and even a washing machine. Soundproofing is so good that we often felt we were the only people staying. Our room had a panoramic view over the city. Really good pool area which was a massive bonus after a day's sightseeing in the heat. Breakfast was very good quality. The location is excellent with easy access to a nearby pier with regular boats stopping off at key points on the way into the centre. I also highly recommend the Nalin Kitchen opposite the hotel for excellent Thai food.

Air conditioning in our room was loud, no air conditioning in the lift which made it uncomfortable.

Convenient location for what we needed to do while in Bangkok. Room was quiet and comfortable. Property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

The lifts can be slow, and it can be hot in there.

The location is fantastic - close to the BTS and ferry pier, street food stalls all around the area, 3 7-11 stores within 200m, a supermarket downstairs, and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The room was huge. The staff were friendly and efficient. The pool was nice. The air conditioning was great. Everything we were hoping for.

The one-day trip booked from hotel front desk was a tourist scam. Breakfast way too much expensive, so we didn't take it. The MacDonald next to the hotel offers good breakfast at a much more fare rate

Noisy aircon system, which when switched on caused us to cough quite a bit. Probably requires a new filter and maintenance.

A large family room with two double beds meant ample space for the three of us. I liked the Happy Toilet and large fridge which accommodated our fruit purchases very well. Bottles of water provided each day.

The hotel room was outdated and noise travels very easily. The rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been, which was a shame. The wifi connection was poor in the room.

The location and breakfast were good, although there could be more variety of fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful - they were the highlight of our trip. The pool was also good. We were given complimentary water, which was much appreciated.
