The room we stayed was spacious and clean. Location is convenient as we can shop and buy things at the linked shopping centre. Staff is also friendly and polite. We stayed for 5 days and could commute to different destinations from the hotel easily.

There was nowhere to hang wet towels to dry. There should be a towel rack for four towels in the bathroom or in the room. There are two towels for each guest. This is good. But the large towel is too large, and the small towel is too smal. Regarding breakfast: there is a chef who can make a fried egg and an omelette. But when I asked him if he could make a pancake, he said no. Pancakes are not available. The hotel has a fitness centre, but the equipment available is limited

The room was nice and clean. We were on floor 16. The bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was included. There were many good options. The hotel has a swimming pool which is open all day.

A great hotel for us to stay during our visit to Korat. Central location with good parking facilities. Added bonus of being part of the Terminal 21 complex. Rooms very clean and comfortable with great facilities available.

The breakfast caters to the predominantly asian guests, those who like their müsli in the morning will be disappointed.

It is a fairly new and modern hotel connected to the Terminal 21 shopping complex. Parking places are reserved for hotel guests so never too far to walk to and from your car. Staff is very friendly and professional.

The sleeper it smaller my feet, i can't take it to my feet.

Very thing is nice hotel connect with mall when i need to buy something it convince a lot. The staff had been serviced nice, My reservation had issues and i make the reservation again and check in Mr. Narathip he is very nice person.

No lounge facilities (except in Lobby) or bar. The swimming pool could get overcrowded at times. Know when to choose your moment. Would have welcomed an armchair in the room.

Location is very good, with comfortable beds. New hotel with comfortable, clean rooms. We asked for a quiet room and we got it. Breakfast was not included but the extra charge was reasonable, considering the great variety on offer. All in all exceeding expectations.

The hotel is connected to a major shopping complex that has everything you need from restaurants, medical and leisure. It is like a super resort. No need to leave air conditioned comfort especially when we visited in summer and the best time to go outside was at night time.

The location is a bit out of the way where all the fun is happening. You will need to take Grab or tutu to the central of the city or Save One Night Market.

The hotel is relatively new so everything is very clean and neat, it is located just beside the big shopping center and you can access it through 2 different level in the hotel. It is also very close to Bus Terminal 2 if you travel to Korat by bus. The staffs are very friendly and able to speak English, I had no problem communicate with them. Tired their breakfast on the last day of stay and I love it, the best part is the staff making coffee the traditional way. Will want to stay again.
