It was very hot (being April) and the fan didn’t do much to help when you had the mosquito net down.

Very chilled, perfect location, wonderful breakfast and outstanding host. Our younger kids loved the provision of a bucket and spade. Balcony overlooking the ocean with hammock was lovely.

Maybe a few more beach chairs. Small point, it wasn't really a problem, but it is nice to have extras so people are not 'saving' their chair.

ChaCha bungalows are perfectly situated on the beach with easy access to walk to the small town. The bungalows are nestled in the side of the hill, or directly on the beach (3 of them). The restaurant has a small menu, but it has everything you would need. We ate there several times, we would recommend it. The swimming in front of the bungalows is very good - down the beach a bit, there is a lot of coral showing at low tide, but our area was still good for swimming. The staff at ChaCha are really friendly and super helpful. I would highly recommend ChaCha Bungalows.

They mixed our laundry with someone else clothes. But ok it might happen not big deal. :)

The staff was super friendly and breakfast was very yummy. We had there even dinner, all recommended from our side. It’s really hidden gem in beautiful island. They helped us to arrange a transfer to Koh Lanta. Highly appreciated:)

Please stop with accepting families with kids. This place is so relaxing, we really hated that we couldn’t just chill at peace.. Adults only please!!!!!

This place is a hidden gem 💎 Loved the bungalow with its direct location on the seaside. Food and breakfast was also good. Don’t hesitate, this is by far the best accommodation of the coastline!

could do with an extra fan as ko jum is HOT. possibly also an extra surface for bags and luggage. but overall really great place

Absolutely everything. The bungalows were beautiful and romantic. Even for a solo traveler it felt so special to stay there. Every meal I had there was also delicious. Koh Jum in general is a little piece of paradise.

It is simple and clean and had enough mod cons to keep me comfortable at night to sleep. The beach is just plain stunning. The staff were friendly, helpful and generous. The food was amazing without breaking the bank. I had the best padthai there!

My first time in Koh Jum and we definitely picked the best spot in the island. Chacha bungalows is beautifully located on the beach. The bungalow we stayed in was very clean. We also had a terrace with a nice ocean view. The food and staff are also lovely. We loved our stay here.

It was a bit hard to cool down sometimes as the bungalows don’t have AC, and ours didn’t have a fridge. The wifi was inconsistent.

Loved the beachfront location, on a beautiful sandy beach close to restaurants and mini marts on the main drag. The beach also had great snorkeling at its rocky south end, and beautiful sunsets. The resort only has 7 bungalows, which means it’s super quiet, and we loved that the bungalows were spaced out enough for a nice amount of privacy, and made of wood and bamboo. It’s pretty, and nicely shaded most of the time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was good - especially the Thai food offerings. It was super easy to rent a scooter on site and book our transfers.

Feedback on a very high level: More hooks for stuff and towels in the bathroom The food especially breakfast is good, but if you like an authentic Thai kitchen the restaurant could season the dishes better.

The front bungalows have chairs on the beach but the other bungalows behind do not… This is to be expected since the bungalows are not completed sealed and there is no ac but if you are afraid of bugs (roaches, spiders, mosquitoes, etc.) the stay might be a challenge. There are monkeys around the property though they tend to not bother people. There are some snakes and geckos as well…

The location is amazing, the beach is very good. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food is really good. The place is kept clean and the balcony terraces are very nice.
