Hotel do not have sandy beach

Beautiful swimingpool. Good breakfast, with various fruits.Air conditioning good. Beds hard, but not too hard.

on a clubbing/bar scene road (although not noisy from hotel), did not expect to be in that type of area! room on hillside felt cold/ not inviting atmosphere in rooms somehow, despite lovely view/balcony etc. annoying noisy building work next door! breakfast - some food not piping hot, needs to be kept at optimum temperatures, especially chicken curry. good choice of food though. would have paid extra for a decent latte/cappuccino.

Room was bit outdated and was smelling cigatette. Toilet and shower were small. Slow WiFi. Hotel would need some updates.

Location, views and pool area were nice. Big room and nice balcony. Room was quiet, even there is a bar area just opposite side of the road.

Nearly all my negative thoughts are about White Sand beach rather than the hotel

Very good pool/sunbed area ( you won’t be able to use the beach for half the day because of tides) Rooms are spacious and have everything you need, though the whole resort feels a bit tired and could do with some tlc.

Myself and my partner were pleasantly surprised with the Chang Buri Resort, it’s so reasonably priced for what it is. The staff were all so lovely and attentive. The breakfast was a fairly basic buffet but definitely decent (we had waffles and bacon most mornings). The beds were comfy and really nice basic but clean rooms with a nice big balcony surrounded by a pool. The infinity pool was amazing and you can watch the sunset from the pool. The beach this was on was definitely our favourite on the island of the popular ones, was so clean and had some great restaurant/bar options and a stunning sunset! We ate in the restaurant a couple of times which was right on the water, and the food was amazing, some of the best we had on the island in-fact. Would absolutely recommend to stay here for a great experience at not too much cost.

The safety deposit boxes were old and were difficult to operate at first.

Beautiful grounds and two lovely pools, one with a stunning view over the sea. Great value for money. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was quite boring after a couple of days, not a great selection of food and was always cold.

Room was super clean every day. Housekeeping always came early. Location is great, this area has the most to offer around Ko Chang currently. Lovely pool area with private entrance to sea, also have kayak available for use which was fun. Loads of fish in the sea so used my snorkel here a lot!

The water pressure in the villas was pretty low and unpredictable, meaning a shower took a fairly long time, but at least there was hot water. Overall the showers themselves weren't great and could do with a bit of maintenance and deep cleaning (other than this, the villa was very clean). There were no power points by beds. My villa had a fairly noisy AC unit, meaning it was earplugs or no AC. Some room lights didn't work. It would have been nice to have some more Thai food options at breakfast, plus there was limited seating at breakfast if you wanted to sit outdoors.

The presentation of this resort, especially the beachside part where the villas are, was beautiful. Large clean pool, pleasant walkways and seating areas. The villas are also really pleasant and comfortable with outdoor terraces and great views (from the pool and or sea-view villas).

Beach itself is not cleared of rocks so you like ly swim in the pool or walk 15 minutes to a better beach. If that is top priority you might want to stay at beach proper. Also nearby bars are girl beer bars which might be exactly what you want or not. But a lovely area generally.

Aterrific room with first rate breakfast, nice views and 2 pools one an infinity. Good spot on water to buy food or beer until 8 or 9 p.m.
